Transformation!
By Pastor Paul & Denise Goulet

Greetings!

Transformation! If I could use one word to describe what is taking place during this Holy Spirit Conference, it’s transformation. Transformation of our hearts, of our minds, of our destinies! Chuck Pierce was with us last night and this morning, and will be with us again tonight. If you missed either last night and/or this morning’s message, I urge you to get a copy of it on CD or DVD.

Chuck spoke about the window of opportunity over us in this hour, and how we can grab a hold of it! He also spoke about this being God’s time for success and gave us practical ways to walk in that success plus a whole lot more.

Tonight Chuck will be with us again and I know that it will be greatly impacting! Bring your family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else you can! Doors open at 6:30pm.

Tomorrow morning we have another session at 9:30am. Lou Engle will be with us for that session, as well as the 7:00pm session tomorrow night. You’re not going to want to miss these!

We love you,

Pastor Paul & Denise Goulet

Yesterday was the first day of our Annual Holy Spirit Conference and it was incredible!

The following is an e-mail by Pastor Paul Goulet of the International Church of Las Vegas (ICLV):

Hi friends!

Wow! Yesterday was the first day of our Annual Holy Spirit Conference and it was incredible! From the first moment the worship team started, God filled the Sanctuary with His presence! Randy Clark preached life changing messages, not only teaching about God’s healing power but demonstrating it as well. We saw many healings take place yesterday. God is so great!

Last night, Randy spoke on impartation and then imparted to all who were hungry. Two-thirds of the congregation came running to the altar for a touch from God. He is so faithful. If you were unable to attend the services yesterday, you can order a copy of them on CD or DVD in our Bookstore.

Tonight at 7:00 pm, we welcome Chuck Pierce back to ICLV. It is going to be an exciting time! You will not want to miss it. Be sure to bring your family and friends to experience a powerful move of the Holy Spirit!

I look forward to seeing you tonight!

Blessings,

Pastor Paul Goulet

Dear Church Family,

Greetings in the name of the Lord!

We are excited about what is happening at ICLV. As you know, we are just days away from our Annual Holy Spirit Conference. I hope that you have been praying and fasting for this next week. I am believing for lives to be transformed not just touched. I have included some guidelines for fasting at the end of this email, I hope that you find them helpful. It’s not too late to join us on this fast. Please prioritize this, I know the Lord will bless you.

Denise and I love you and we pray for continued blessings on your lives.

In Christ,

Pastor Paul Goulet

551 UPDATE

As you know, we recently had our 551 Half-time. We received an amazing offering during these services. Thank you to all that gave. You are amazing! We also had many that have decided to join in pledging a commitment to seeing God’s Vision come to full fruition. Thank you!! A couple in our church had the idea that if all the families in our church gave $150.00 per month on a regular basis, we would bring in $355,950.00 on a monthly basis! Wow! Let’s come in agreement together and ask the Lord what our part should be. If we all do our part, whether small or large, on a regular basis, together we will accomplish all that the Lord has put on our hearts.

FASTING

In over fifty references to fasting in the Old and New Testaments, there is no specific command to fast, with the exception of the Day of Atonement for the Jews. In the New Testament it was assumed that fasting would be a part of the normal devotional life of the believer.

Matthew 6:16
When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. I tell you the truth; they have received their reward in full.

Matthew 9:15
Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom mourn while he is with them? The time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; then they will fast.”

If these verses indicate that fasting should be a normal discipline in the church (and the numerous examples of fasting support the idea), then what does it mean to fast? What is the purpose of fasting? And how does one go about fasting?

Definition of “Fasting” – going without food and sometimes water voluntarily, generally for religious purposes. There are four types of fasts referred to in the Bible.
Normal fast, going without food for up to 40 days (Ex. 34:28, Ezra 8:21, 23; Dan. 6:18; Luke 2:37; Mark 2:18; Matt. 4:2; Acts 13:2-3, 14:23 and others).
Partial fast, abstaining from certain foods (Daniel 10:3).
Absolute fast, going without food or water no more than 3 days (Esther 4:16, this is very rare in the Bible).
Voluntary group fast, called for a specific reason for a specific group of people (1 Samuel 7:6; 2 Chronicles 20:3; Jonah 3:5 and others).

Purpose of Fasting
Worship – it must be God-centered, God-initiated, and God-ordained.
At times, fasting is an _expression of distress, grief, or repentance.
Fasting is a preparation for God to give guidance and renewal (Daniel 9; Ex. 24).
Fasting reveals the things that control us and hinder our intimacy with God.
Fasting reminds us that we are sustained “by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.”
Fasting helps keep our balance in life (1 Corinthians 9:27; Psalm 35:13).

Practice of Fasting
For an occasional fast, eat a light meal (fruit, vegetables, yogurt, etc.) prior to beginning. Drink a lot of water. Skip 2-3 meals and break the fast with fruit juices followed by a light meal. Avoid oils, dressings and starch for a couple of meals.
When starting a regular discipline of fasting, begin slowly with a partial 24-hour (2 meal) fast once a week for several weeks while drinking fruit juices.
Monitor your inner attitudes and maintain a worshipful attitude.
Break the fast with a light meal of fruits and vegetables.
After a few weeks, try a normal fast, drinking lots of water only.
Always be careful not to call attention to what you are doing.
After succeeding with this for several weeks, move to a 36-hour (3 meal) fast.
Seek the Lord regarding extended fasts. Get additional information on conducting extended fasts and clear the fast with your physician. (People with certain physical conditions should not fast.)
Remember that the major work of scriptural fasting is in the realm of the spirit.
If skipping meals is not possible, try fasting certain types of foods (like sweets or soft drinks), or you can fast activities (like TV or sports). It’s important to convert that time to devotional activities, not just abstain from them.

We’ll see you at prayer. One hour before the evening services at the Holy Spirit Conference.

Our three-year commitment to build five campuses

The following is an e-mail by Pastor Paul Goulet of the International Church of Las Vegas (ICLV):

As you know this week marks our 551 halftime! Can you believe we are already halfway through our three year commitment to build five campuses? We had an incredible time on Wednesday night sharing updates and seeing a glimpse of the new Prayer Mountain site. Pastor would like to welcome our special guest Kirk Nowery, international speaker and author, to ICLV. He will be with us during our 551 weekend celebrations on Saturday at 6 p.m. and Sunday morning services. Kirk will be teaching us how to walk in prosperity and financial blessing.

As we step into the second half of our building project, we do so knowing that we will accomplish the vision of 551; to take this city and leave a legacy! By you and I partnering together we can end strong owning all 5 campus’ debt free! As you may have heard in the testimonies, many people are stepping up and selling homes and land to fulfill their commitment. This is just like the example that Barnabas set in the book of Acts. Some are donating timeshares and other valuable items, wow! Together we are going to cross the finish line strong.

Make sure and mark your calendars for this week’s 551 Halftime events:

Saturday, July 15th: 551 Halftime Celebration at 6pm in Sanctuary
Sunday, July 16th: 551 Halftime Celebration at all Sunday services

Come ready to sow into the kingdom of God as we take Las Vegas together!

Dear Faithful Warriors:

Thank you so much for standing in the gap and praying for the needs
that arise at Prayer Mountain Las Vegas! We are in continuous need of your
support.

As you know we have added a Saturday Night service. Our first week,
there was over 420 people on our campus that evening! WOW! We are off to
a great start. Please continue to pray for this service. NOTE: WE
STILL HAVE SATURDAY NIGHT PRAYER IN OUR VIP ROOM AT 5:30 FOR ONE HOUR.
MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND~

Many of you have been praying with Chuck Pierce for "50 days from
Passover to Pentecost". I would like to really encourage you all to pray for
the last segment of this with the ICLV 551 and 20/20 vision in mind. We
are believing with each of you for prosperity and favor in all areas of
our life as well as finances.

May the Lord continue to anoint you to bless His Kingdom~

Fervantly Praying,

Robyn Garcia, Prayer Coordinator

10 Days of Warring for Increase and the Tranference of Wealth by Chuck
Pierce

Day 1: Read Gen. 1-2, especially verses 1:26 and 2:15. Also read
Ezek. 28:13-19. Then read Gen. 3. This will give you a good idea of
God’s plan of dominion and abundance for mankind. This will also reveal
to you Satan’s character and strategy. In the beginning, he was the
keeper of wealth and resources. He covered these with sound. Upon his
exaltation and fall, he has attempted to keep man in deception so
God’s Kingdom plan in the earth will not advance. Agree with God that you
will begin to see His strategy of abundance for you.

Day 2: Read Gen. 12-15, 22. All wealth is related to covenant. Notice
the promise, the war, the giving aspect to Melchizedek, the
ratification of covenant, and the testing of covenant. In the midst of this
process Jehovah Jireh reveals Himself. Stand up and honor Him as Jehovah
Jireh.

Day 3: Read Gen. 30 and Dan. 11. These are two wonderful chapters over
God’s ability through man to multiply resources. First, Jacob
develops a new plan to breed goats and lambs. There are many new plans out
there that God is willing to release to us. Daniel 11 promises that God
will have a strong people who “do exploits.” Ask the Lord to give
you an anointing to develop a new plan of multiplication.

Day 4: Read Gen. 37, 39-41, 45. The life of Joseph is worthy of
special study this year. He listened through his dreams for God’s future
plan. In the midst of his trials, his gifts remained active. He
developed an administrative plan for multiplication – the Storehouse
Principle. He fathered Pharaoh and preserved the posterity of God’s
covenant plan for the future. Ask the Lord to develop the Storehouse
Principle in your life.

Day 5: Read Ex. 3, 23. Ask the Lord lead you into a new place of
worship and favor. Declare that you will plunder Egypt. Declare that this
is a year for you to gain the supply for your children’s future. Ask
the Lord to send angelic help to lead you in His next promise.

Day 6: Read Deut. 8 and 28, especially verse 28:8. He gives you power
and strength to gain wealth so you can advance His covenant plan for
your life. Ask Him for power and strength to gain wealth. Many times we
are afraid to ask for this. Ask the Lord to “command a blessing on
your storehouse.” If you do not have a storehouse, ask the Lord to
give you a plan to develop one.

Day 7: Read 1 Chron. 22, especially verse 14. This is a year to build
for our future. Ask the Lord to break from you the limits you have
placed on Him to multiply your life. Ask Him to take you “beyond
measure.” Most of us limit God to maintaining what we need. Ask the Lord
to remove a maintenance mentality from you and move you into a beyond
measure mentality. Ask the Lord to send people to help you.

Day 8: Read Prov. 3; 2 Kings 4, 8:1-6. Mistrust stops you from
prospering. Trust the Lord and ask Him to redirect your path. That means to
straighten out and make right the way ahead. Review your giving. Make
sure you are aligned properly in giving. Honor the Lord with your
firstfruits and tithes so your barns will be filled and your vats will
overflow. Prepare a special Pentecost gift. Send it to those that are
causing you to advance spiritually. Look at the two women in 2 Kings 4
and 8. They began to prosper and their supply does not stop. Even in
the midst of drought, the testimony of giving overcomes.

Day 9: Read Mal. 3-4, especially verse 3:10. Ask the Lord to open
windows of heaven over you. Ask Him to rebuke the devourer. This is the
only promise that we find Biblically of us putting God to a test. Tell
the Lord you want to be blessed so much that there will not be room
enough for you to receive it. Ask the Lord to renew your giving process
and bring revival upon it.

Day 10: Read Mt. 14:13-21; Luke 12:22-48; John 5, 20; Acts 4.
Pentecost is a time of multiplication and prosperity. Read these scriptures
carefully. You will find much insight on how to prosper. God is
preparing us to fill our baskets. Ask the Lord to gather all your fragments,
reorganize what you have, and use you to supply for others in the
future.

Our leadership team is getting into place
By Paul Goulet

Greetings in Jesus' name!

As we approach the first 16 months of our mission to build 5 campuses
over a five year period, we are all realizing how difficult a task this
is. Certainly, Jesus has called us to something that is so much bigger
than our abilities and resources that He will have to be in it from the
beginning to the end. This way, He will get all the glory and we will
be amazed one more time.

The South Campus is progressing one foot at a time. Our leadership team
is getting into place. We are very excited about Pastor Joel & Robyn
Garcia and Frank & Linda Holland and their team. This campus will explode
once they get onto the campus. Please pray for the finances to come so
we can finish the expansion and renovations. Pray for favor with the
city. If you can help in any other way, please call Pastor Joel at
702-673-4713.

The Prayer Mountain design is making great strides. This is such an
important place. We don't want to rush into a building that will not fit
our needs for the 215 & Cheyenne in five to ten years. Pray that we can
finalize a great design, choose a wonderful architect and a great
general contractor. Pray that millions will come in within the next two
years to build the Prayer Center and the west extension.

The North campus will be our last step to possess this city by creating
5 dynamic locations with the same spirit and anointing. We have secured
a 5 acre piece of land with the help of a wonderful family in our
church. We are seeking God as to whether this is where we should build or
sell it to acquire a different parcel. Please pray for direction and
favor with zoning and funding.

Our Summerlin campus continues to improve. We have added several
hundred chairs to our services in the past few months. Growth is obvious to
all. We also will be adding a Saturday night service for the summer. We
are calling it, The Saturday Night Vibe. This service will give us more
room to grow and give you one more option. It will be a very
contemporary spirit-filled meeting. I know that it will attract many who cannot
come Sunday morning or want to free up their Sunday mornings.

God is so good to us! We have seen so many souls saved and lives
rededicated. Thank you for your prayers, service and financial support. God
is expanding his kingdom through you. We are praying that God will help
you fulfill your pledge to the 551. He is able because we are willing.

We love you,
Pastor Paul Goulet

Dear Intercessors:

Wow!! What a week at ICLV! 132 decision cards were turned in just
from our Easter Sunday services. I am sure the angels are rejoicing in
Heaven.

Thank you for your continuous prayer! We have had 4 performances of

their lives to Christ. We also have added a night. Wednesday evening at
7pm we are having an encore production. Please make bring your unsaved
friends, neighbors, store clerks and more.

The response for this production has been so phenomenal and we are
even thinking about adding another presentation on Sunday night. Please
be in prayer about this.

Tonight we are having a big youth event, REALITY NIGHT, here on our
campus. Bring your teenagers out to this exciting event!

Please continue to pray the prophetic words that were given to the

Just type your name, the title of a report or an article, your concerned, the name of an organization, an event, or a reporter;{like "Chairperson Elaine Chao", "⏬", "L䗗", and among others) on the searching box of Google.cn and Google.com please, and what can you find the good things that Google and WBTI have for you?*2

Many people have a good perspective on Google. Google.cn and Google.com will put more effort and wisdom to contribute to English and Chinese readers being an efficient visitor on the searching of fluent and useful information. Washington Business and Technology Institute's (WBTI's) website has been continuously published by Google.com and Google.cn about every 11 days. We wish advanced performance may be extended from Google.cn to WBTI.*3

I want to highlight a few great things
By Paul Goulet

Greetings in Jesus name. I want to highlight a few great things that
happened this past week, and prayer for our upcoming Easter outreaches;

1. The prophetic conference was amazing. Our attendance was greater
than ever. The speakers were amazing as they reaffirmed several
prophetic words already spoken at our church. They spoke about the thresholds,
driving a stake through the enemies head, staking our claim, angelic
visitation and several more. I would like to send a big thank you to
Christa Pitcairn, volunteers and the prophetic teams that ministered.
Without you the conference would never have been a success.

2. Our annual vision meeting was also a resounding success. Not only
did we have a great amount of people attending but we had the most
voting members vote then we ever had. I am so excited about our board
members. Please keep these men of God and their families in your prayers;
Terry Williams, Stan Loupe, David Escobar, Rick Sacca, Steve Beason, and
Jon Collins.

3. We want to encourage all of you to attend the play this Easter
season. I’m including our service schedule and the times of our Easter
production. The production is called “The Secret in the Attic”. The
Easter Sunday services are April 16, 2006 at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and
noon followed by the Easter production at 6:00 p.m. Please fast and
pray that we will see the greatest harvest we’ve ever seen. Pray that
entire families will come to Christ. Pray that they will come to be
discipled. Pray for the staff and the Drama Team.

Denise and I are so proud of all of you. We believe that our finest
days are ahead. Don’t forget to invite friends and family to the
amazing production. If you get them here, I believe that they will be
touched by the Holy Spirit. God Bless all of you. We love you.

In Christ,
Pastor Paul Goulet

Greetings in Jesus' name. As I was praying the other day God spoke to
me and said, “There is a mounting resistance to the 551 vision."
Although I was not surprised by this word, it kind of caught me off guard.
It sounds obvious but it was not to me. Perhaps it was because I had
to concentrate more on the power of God then the schemes of the devil.
However, in this case it was a word in season. This is why I am
writing to you today. More than ever we need to demonstrate more resistance
to face his resistance. When you resist the devil, he must flee. Let
us rally to His vision more than ever with increased prayer, fasting,
giving and commitment. Don’t let the devil take your seed. Don’t let
him cause you to live in fear. Let us join together under this awesome
vision. It is our banner. Don’t get distracted. We’ve been
called to do something few churches have been able to do. Being called to a
great vision is an honor; being successful at it is glory. Can you
imagine the impact of 5 locations in Vegas? Can you imagine the power of
Prayer Mountain? I can. Let’s accomplish what He has called us to.

We love you,

Pastor Paul Goulet

To serve, we need only a heart full of grace and a soul generated by love
By Tiffany Chang and PAI of WBTI*1

It is obvious that man or woman is himself or herself a traveler. The good purpose for mankind in this world is not "to have and to hold" but "to give and serve." The service that we render to other people is really like the rent we pay for our room on this earth. We are sure that the people who will be really happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.

We are pleased to quote the following three short but meaningful ones:

***** From now on, any definition of a successful life must include serving others. ---George Bush

***** When people are serving, life is no longer meaningless. ---John Gardner

***** One need not be a servant to be able to serve. ---Victor Frankl*2

It's our pleasure to post a short story from "Speaker's Source Book II" by Glenn Van Ekeren:

Twenty-five centuries ago, Lao-tse, a Chinese sage, offered this profound insight;
"The reason why rivers and seas receives the homage of a hundred mountain streams is that they keep below them. Thus they are able to reign over all the mountain streams. So the sage, wishing to be above men, putteth himself below them; wishing to be before them, he putteth himself behind them. Thus, though his place be above men, they do not feel his weight; though his place be before them, they do not count it an injury."
So it is with humankind. Those who wish to yield the greatest influence will unselfishly position themselves below others, so as to serve them better.
Bruce Barton told a parable two seas in Palestine that expounds on the wisdom of Lao-tse. One sea is flesh. Fish live in it. Trees and bushes grow near it. Children splash and paly in it. The river Jordan flows into this sea with sparkling water from the hills. People build their homes near it. Every kind of life is happier because it is there. The same river Jordan flows south into another sea. Here there are no fish, no green things, no children playing, no homes a building. Stale air hangs above its waters, and neither man nor beast will drink of it. What makes the difference between these neighbor seas? Not the Jordan River. It empties the same good water into both. Nor is the soil or the countryside.
The differnece is that the Sea of Galilee receives water but does not keep it. For every drop that flows in, another drop flows out. The giving and receiving go on in equal measure. The other sea hoards its income. Every drop it gets it keeps. The Sea of Galilee lives and lives. The other sea gives nothing. It is called the Dead Sea.
There are also two kinds of people in this world---those Dead Sea people who take without giving back, and the givers who remain fresh and vibrant by freely sharing of themselves.

Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus
By Paul Goulet

Dear Church family,

Greetings in the wonderful name of Jesus. WOW! I’m back from
traveling in Italy and France. Thanks so much for all of your prayers. It
was an amazing trip filled with God’s favor at every event and
especially with my family. My mom did great on the trip; even she was amazed
by the strength that she felt. Family is so important to all of us.
It’s family that forms a tapestry upon which our own lives are painted.
Without them, the background is rather dull. I hope that all of you
take the time to cherish yours in 2006. Build moments and memories that
will display the wonderful relationship you have with Christ.*1

A huge thanks to Pastor Denise and the staff who led with such a grace
in my absence. I am so proud of them. I’ve heard that the services
went to another level. WOW! Isn’t that the way the church is
supposed to function? The success of the 551 Vision for Las Vegas and the
2020 Vision for the world cannot be about personalities. It is based
first and foremost on Christ who said, “I will build my church…”
Secondly, on the Holy Spirit that leads every service and the great group
of staff and volunteers that God has given us. Thirdly, on loyal,
faithful, and pure believers who are sold out to God’s mandate for ICLV.
I hope that you are one of those that God will use to accomplish all
that He has for us as a body of believers. You are important to God and
to the leadership team at ICLV.

As you may have heard, the CeCe Winans concert scheduled for this
weekend has been cancelled by the promoters. We hope that we can have the
pleasure of hosting her sometime in the future. If you have any
questions, please contact our main office.

It’s great to be back. There is a rumor that the men of ICLV are on
fire for God. This rumor has circulated for some time about the women,
but now the men, youth, and children are guilty of it as well. Praise
God. Good job one and all.*2

See you on Sunday!

Many Blessings,

Pastor Paul Goulet

Dear Intercessors:

We are coming onto the last 15 days of our fast. Have you seen
breakthroughs? We are now going to pray for the season that we are entering.
Let's ask the Lord to send prosperity in health, relationships,
finances, and more.

Many of us have been fasting food. What are you doing with the money
that you would have spent on it? I was thinking, what if you gave all the
money to the benevolence department or to "2020 Vision" or "5-5-1"?
Just a thought!!!

Bless you as you enter into the next phase...

Days 25-36: Initiate You into a Season of Enlarging!
This is a time to pray in a NEW WAY! Ask for and receive revelation for
the next three years. I have been praying Psalms 118:25 for you:
“Send Prosperity Now!”

Proverbs 3:5-10:

“Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart
and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all
your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and
make straight and plain your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes;
reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. It
shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to
your bones. Honor the Lord with your capital and sufficiency [from
righteous labors] and with the firstfruits of all your income; so shall
your storage places be filled with plenty, and your vats shall be
overflowing with new wine.” (AMP)

This Scripture acknowledges the fact that the land and all its products
were the gift of Yahweh to Israel, and in thankfulness for His bounty,
all the firstfruits were offered to Him. By obeying and bringing our
best to Him in worship at the beginning of each month, we will see and
experience SUPPLY and HEALING released!

For instance, an offering of firstfruits, brought to Elisha, was
miraculously increased so as to feed one hundred persons (2 Kings 4:42-44).
God will also meet His people in unusual ways this year to break old
cycles. Notice the situation where the man at the Gate Beautiful was
healed after 38 years of bondage (Acts 3). This healing created a great
movement in God’s people. This healing affected the civil government.
We are on the verge of one of the greatest moves of God in the earth
since the early church.

Here are some key points from Proverbs 3:1-14 that will help you. Read
and meditate on this passage for 12 days. The number 12 means new
administration. Please agree and ask the Lord to initiate or activate each
one of these scriptures into your life. Ask for grace to be
transformed.

Day 25 / February 25 : Pray in a NEW WAY! Ask for revelation for the
next three years. When your circumstances begin to change, go with them.
Do not rebel. They will set your future for the next three years.

Day 26 / February 26: Remove any wrong emotion that would cause you to
respond without the love of God! When your nerve endings are being
stretched, let the love of God come in with GRACE! God will be breaking
down thought processes and stretching to the limit, but that is the only
way to expand.

Day 27 / February 27: Break any mindset that agrees with lack or
selfishness. When God says give, then give! Shut out all deliberate
hypocrisy or falsehood. This will break selfishness. Do not expect something
of someone else that you are not willing to do. That is hypocrisy.

Day 28 / February 28: Find favor from God and from man. We must have
new favor from new people to enlarge. We need favor from Him that will
cause men to seek us out. The presence of God will cause men to favor
us. Ask the Lord to position people on your path that you can connect
with and be favored by. May you be SOUGHT AFTER!

Dear Warriors:

Are you hungry for more of God? By now you have finished your first
week of fasting and we are ready to enter into days 9-11 of our fast. Is
God revealing things to you? Are you learning to overtake the thoughts
of the past? Are you establishing your mind set for the future? Have
your taken that tent peg and driven it through the plans of the enemy?

As we enter into the next three days of our fast God wants to take you
on a lovfe journey. Get ready for your King to reveal his unconditional
love to you. Why not share that love with others? Here is your focus:

February 9-11 / (Three) Days for Love to Abound
LOVE CONNECTS! LOVE wants the best for someone and wants nothing to
stop that individual from receiving the best that God has for their
lives. That would be our prayer for you as you enter this next season (1
Cor 13, Luke 11-12).

Day 9: Respond to and LOVE GOD more than you have ever loved Him. Ask
Him to invade your atmosphere and understanding with His character.
Read 1 Corinthians 13, Luke 11-12 and 1 John 1. Study one of the names
of God! (For instance, Gen 22, Ex 15, Ex 17, etc.)

Day 10: Gain a new hunger and love for His WORD. Don’t rely on past
knowledge or understanding that you have developed in your methodology
of seeking God. Don’t assume you know everything. Be teachable.
Process God based upon present truth - not past wisdom. This will cause
you to know the wiles the enemy has developed to defeat you from
advancing. This will help you define your FIELD and sphere of authority and
recognize who is in your FIELD that is spiritually above you. Also, as
you connect know who you influence and who is influencing you! Read
Luke 13, 14 & 15, and 1 John 2.

Day 11: This is a year to love God’s people more than you have ever
loved them. The Lord is developing a koinonia war fellowship mentality.
The church is moving from just fellowship into a mighty army that will
do exploits. We will find our strength multiplied and synergized as we
stay connected and advance. I am glad that we are connected and are
fighting the good fight together. Read 1 John 3, 4 and 5. Memorize
Leviticus 19:18 and Matthew 5:43. Pray for those in your life that are hard
to love. (Adapted from Chuck Pierce's 40 day prayer focus)

Please continue to pray for:

5-5-1: Favor with use permits for the south location
Travel mercies for Pastor and his mother as they go to the Winter
Olympics
Our services this weekend as Pastor Denise ministers in the morning and
Bobby Conner ministers in the evening service
Pray for daily bread (provision) for ICLV
Pray for a release of creativity
DON'T FORGET THIS FRIDAY EVENING WE HAVE A NIGHT OF PRAISE AND PRAYER
AT ICLV AT 7 PM IN THE SANCTUARY. SEE YOU THERE!!!

From: "www.PrayerMountainLasVegas.com" [kristena@iclv.com]

Dear Prayer Warrior:

Tomorrow is February 1st and we begin our "Born to Build 40 day
Corporate Fast". Have you determined what you will fast from? Have you
determined the lengnth of your fast? Have you scheduled additional time to
pray?

February 1st / Day 1 Focus: Bless the Lord
So many times we want to enter a new season without blessing God for
the last season- the good, the bad and the ugly. To bless is to salute,
congratulate, thank, praise, or kneel down. To bless someone, you
would kneel, and then speak forth and release an adoration or eulogy.
Spend the day blessing the Lord. This will cause the Lord to
bless, or grant you favor for the next season. Make a list of defining
situations of the past year, then bless the Lord that He has sustained you
in the midst of these situations. Sing a song to Him, wave your hands
before Him, and let Him know that you love and trust Him for your
future. Here are some verses that will help you:
Psalm 34:1, Psalm 103:1-3, Psalm 115:13, James 3:9 , Psalm 145:1-2,
Psalm 71:17.
Corporately we are thanking the Lord for: The faithful and loyal
members of ICLV; the recent purchase of ICLV-South; for the recent
grand piano donation; for the signs, wonders and miracles that are
happening all over our city; for the Lord's faithfulness and outpouring of
love; for people who are coming out of darkness into the light, and much,
much more.

Fervantly Praying,

2006 is Approaching!

Dear ICLV Family,

I wanted to take this opportunity as we close 2005 to thank you for your generosity this Christmas season. Our attendance and giving has continued to increase and many souls were won to the Lord during our Christmas services. I know that you must have been praying. Thanks for making a difference through your involvement, prayers and giving. This morning Denise and I were talking about these last few days of 2005, and this scripture from Haggai 1:14 came to mind “So the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the whole remnant of the people. They came and began to work on the house of the LORD Almighty, their God.” The people were stirred up by the Spirit of the Lord to work on the house of God and push for the kingdom of God, even though these people had been crippled in fear, disinterest and discouragement a prophetic word had stirred them up. The prophet Haggai challenged them to consider their ways, Haggai 1:4-5 "Is it a time for you yourselves to be living in your paneled houses, while this house remains a ruin?" Now this is what the LORD Almighty says: "Give careful thought to your ways.” This Spirit-led challenge caused the people to rise up in the expansion of the kingdom.
Saturday night at 6:00 pm, ICLV will take a historic step! We will begin to occupy Prayer Mountain. We will have leveled off the ground, laid down temporary parking, and we are building a heated tent for our New Year’s Eve Service there. I encourage every one of you to participate. Although this will be a shortened service, I believe it will be dynamic. Let us finish 2005 and begin 2006 by possessing our new campus on the corner of 215 and Cheyenne.
I know that the glory of the Lord will fill this tent like it filled the tabernacle and Moses’ tent. Come ready to worship, give and feel the presence of the Lord as we begin phase one of possessing the land that God is giving us.
Denise and I love you with our whole hearts and we look forward to seeing you New Year’s Eve at Prayer Mountain and New Year’s Day at ICLV at our 11:00 am service.

Yours in Christ,

Please be praying for the greatest harvest we have ever had
By Pastor Paul Goulet

Dear ICLV Family,

Greetings in the Lord!

Denise and I are in South Carolina at what used to be Heritage USA. After Jim Baker’s failure almost 20 years ago, the property is being redeemed by people like Rick Joyner and others. It is exciting to see God’s plan in action. This is why I am writing you today, so that we too can redeem what is God’s: Las Vegas. This coming Sunday we are encouraging everyone to give one more big push to the 551 Vision. Your gift will go to build Prayer Mountain, which is the heart of our World Vision. If you have not filled out your pledge card, please do so this week. We know God will speak to you about this year’s pledge. Also, this Sunday night, don’t forget about bringing guests to our Christmas Production, “Joseph and the Dream Factory.” Our huge cast of actors, dancers, singers and musicians will inspire you and help you to reach your friends for Christ. Please be praying for the greatest harvest we have ever had. Denise and I love you. We will see you this weekend.

Be Blessed!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We pray for continued blessings in 2005 and 2006!

Dear Church Family,

Greetings in the awesome name of Jesus and Happy Thanksgiving!

I am so grateful to God for life, my family, and for you. I hope that today you'll take time to concentrate on all that He has done for us.

Thank you for your giving this last Sunday and thank you for your prayers. If you have not yet given to the 551 Vision, this Sunday you will have another oppotunity. Together we will reach our goal of 3 million by the end of the year.

Denise and I love you and we pray for an increase in your harvest.

In Christ,

Pastor Paul Goulet
