Lights of Las Vegas for one nation under God
By Tiffany Chang

"We wish to thank you so much for your support of the 'Lights of Las Vegas' Televised Benefit held at the Showroom at the Venetian held on Monday October 22, 2001. Thanks to your support, there were many important officials and communities represented at this event with incredible performances by national and local entertainers. CBS Televi- sion called the event a "beautiful event" that lifted the 'spirits of us all'," wrote to Dr. and Mrs. Tony Lei by the Executive Producer Dallas Tanner of the 1NetBroadcast Inc. Clint Holmes, George Dare and national Christian hit performer Natalie Grant were among the best performers.
The firemen from the World Trade Center Tragedy were especially pleased that Dr. Tony Lei and his wife Judy took the time to make sure that many of the officials in our city knew that these men were visiting our special city. "They send a special thanks to you along with the others involved with this project," continued Dallas, who is also the President of the Incorporation.
Dallas and the Company invite Dr. Lei and Judy to a special private screening to be attended by the perfomers. This is just the beginning of many other televised events that the company plan on producing in Las Vegas that will shine all over the world, especially in these special times which need hope. "And so 'Lights of Las Vegas' we plan on continuing on as a way of letting the good people of Las Vegas shine all over the world as a beacon of hope and joy. Once again, thanks so much for your support for this benefit!" Dallas cordially concluded the letter. It was presented by him to Dr. and Mrs. Lei with a tribute dinner party for the couple at the Sienna Cafe of Suncoast Casino and Hotel on last Saturday at October 27, 2001. 1NetBroadcast Vice President Margie Dibit, and Editor-in-Chief
of Las Vegas Star Bob Jose were also the guests in the dinner.
On October 18, 2001, Dr. Tony Lei, President of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI) was asked to invite all the high ranked officials of Nevada to present as Guests of Honor of the Party. It was a regret for lots of them not being available for their rescheduling, but we still had the following important and enthusiastic presenters and individuals to be honored on the TV which will reach 100 million famillies all around the World: John Ensign, U. S. Senator; Mark Denton, District Judge; Bobby Siller, Nevada Gaming Board Commissioner; Dina Titus, State Senator and Professor of UNLV; Jessie Walsh and Betsy Kolkoski, Las Vegas Municipal Court Judges; Theresa Malone, Elected Member of the Nevada Board of Education; Denise Brodsky, Las Vegas School Board Trustee; Mark Malone, Former Nevada Senator; among others.

Pepperdine University MBA ranks first
in 15 schools of California By Tiffany Chang

Recently, the Los Angeles Business Journal ranked and reported that Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management was named "the pacesetter" in MBA education in Los Angeles County. The School retained top ranking ahead of USC's Marshall School of Business and The Anderson School at UCLA which placed second and third respectively.
As the market share leader in California, graduates of MBA annually from Graziadio School are more than any other school in the state. It is the sixth largest AACSB-accredited school in the United States. The success of this school should be credited to its fruitful efforts to delivering practical, results-oriented education that addresses the needs of working professionals and executives.
Dr. Tony Lei, President of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI), is pleased to learned from the issue of Summer 2001 of Graziadio Business that Dr. William G. Larson was named interim dean of the Graziadio School in the summer of this year. Dr. Larson received B.A. degree from the University of Mexico and master degree from Pepperdine's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. He earned his Juris Doctor at Loyola University.
After his practice of law for years, he taught at Pepperdine University since 1981.
He was a profesor of business law before the appointment as the interim dean of The Graziadio School succeeding Dr. Otis W. Baskin . He has taught over 20 years and worked personally with about 3,000 of its graduates. "I'm confident that our alumni are excellent ambassadors for the Graziadio School. I'm committed to gaining greater recognition for our unique brand of practical business education. Our alumni are extremely important in this endeavor," said Dr. Larson.
On behalf of the faculty of WBTI, Dr. Lei congratulates Dr. Larson with best regards. He wishes the Dean may lead the Graziadio School into this millennium with academic excellence, practicality expertise, and spiritual values. A special program of MBA/PKE designed for presidents and key executives internationally is in ugent need. "The spirit of both innovation and pioneers has motivated America to be a leading and prosperous country. As an integrative academic program of the professional education directed to substantial gains in executive competence, modern technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship; an unique feature of one week workshop in Las Vegas should be designed for the Chinese speaking business executives and owners of the international world mainly from China," says Dr. Lei.

Holiday season is a time for renewing bonds of love friendship
By Tiffany Chang

"Dad, I look up to you and respect you. I appreciate the influence you've had on my life. You've helped make me who I am today. Thank you, Dad. Happy Father's Day. Wishing you all blessings and success!" wrote on June 17 by one of Dr. Tony Lei's beloved son Mike. The young boy called home last night and talked a long time with his mother Judy. He was very happy for he was so blessed by God.
In the letter he said, "As another Father day approaches, I reflect on all the things you have done for me and all the things you are to me. I am very grateful for the way you took care of the family. I hope I can have the stability you provide our family. Not surprisingly, the Bible also teaches the man to take care of his household and be a leader. "
As a sincere Christian, he continued, "Like last year, it is my hope you may receive all the blessings from God through a relationship with Jesus Christ. My prayers have been that you will find Joy in being a Christian. I appreciate your openness and humbleness to the things we share with you. That is one thing we need to be blessed by God."
Mike received his double E degree with the same major as his cousin Dr. San Yuan Kung who is a tenure Professor of Electrical Engineering of Princeton University. He wrote, "Thank you for being my Father. Thank you for always giving me the best you can give me when I come home. I know God will reward you if you trust in Him. I'm sorry that sometimes I don't remember all the great things you've done and your great accomplishments. I should respect your work more. I know you are a man of many great accomplishments and abilities. Not many people like you in having confidence you do. I should be more like you in having confidence in myself when I am with other people."
Mike is now working in Dallas with his expertise both on electrical engineering and infomation management. We appreicate very much for his excellent work performance at his leisure time on the Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI) web brought to you by Las Vegas Review_ Journal.
"I also wanted to thank you for letting me choose my job and what to do. It really helps me to grow as a person. Just to let you know, I'm doing well at work. I may file some patents for new things I designed at work. I've always want to be an inventor. I'm teaching Sunday school. I'm growing as a christian to be a better person. My ability to lead and teach is getting better. All these I give credit to God," he continued on his letter to Tony.
"A father is like a tree.... his chidren look up to him, are shaded by his leaves. and are nourished by the fruit growing from his branches," said Roy Lessin.
U. S. Senator Harry Reid wrote Dr. Lei early this year that, "The holiday season is a time for remembering the good things that have happened during the year, for reflecting on the many blessings of our lives and for renewing the bonds of love and friendship that make our lives special." We wish the coming Halloween good for everybody!
