Resuming the booming tourism of our Silver State
By Cheryl Moss and Tiffany Chang "Visitors of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI) website (http://communitylink.reviewjournal.com/lvrj/wbti) are rapidly climbing in numbers since the establishment of the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA) of WBTI on March 12, 2003. To date, visitors to the WBTI website have already exceeded 35,300. I'm honor to own the number as #35,288. It is critical importnat now to resume the booming tourism for our Silver State through educational and cultural cooperation and development with Asian countries. The creative programs of CPM and MBA/PKE designed by Dr. Keong Leong and Dr. Tony Lei is a milesotone of the practical cooperation among UNLV, WBTI, and CBCI for China , Taiwan, Singaproe, and Nevada," said Eric Chen, Esq., Co-Owner and General Manager of China Business Chain, Inc. on October 1, 2003 at his Law Office in Los Angeles.

Programs of MBA/PKE and CPA

A large and growing population of public employees has been a trend of the expending business and institutional organizations since the participations of WTO by several Asian countries and the coming Olympic Games to hold in China. The Management Department of UNLV and the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration of WBTI thus offer a Degree Program in Management as Master of Business Administration for Presidents and Key Executives (MBA/PKE) to meet the increasing educational requirements of current small and medium business owners and the special educational needs for key executives and managers of companies. It orients to offer an awareness and understanding of the complex managerial and organizational contexts within which business owner, organizational executives, and institutional managers make and implement policy and decisions. It seeks also to provide general technical competence in using the tools of management through modern information management system, creative multimedia methodology, and innovative educational technology. This program has been designed through the American spirit of its MBA system and philosophy efficiently for the needs of both English and Chinese speaking people of China, Taiwan, and Singapore. Following the entrepreneourship help America become the world most leading and strong figure, the enphasis of this program is expecting to inspire and bring the boom of economic development of the countries all together arround the world! | |

A Creative Program of CPM

The Management Department of UNLV and the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration of WBTI thus offer a Certificate Program in Management (C.P. M.) to meet the increasing educational requirements of current business managers and the special educational needs of professional institutional administrators. It orients to offer an awareness and understanding of the complex managerial and organizational contexts within which business and institutional managers make and implement decisions. It seeks also to provide general technical competence in using the tools of management though modern information management system. This program has been designed efficiently for the needs of both English and Chinese speaking people of China, Taiwan, and Singapore. I. Structure of the Program
Completion of the following seminar courses and professional paper leading to the C.P.M. are required for the participant to receive the Certificate:

Eric Chen, Esq. is also a many years experienced Taiwanese merchant in China. His idea is to inspire people to build a world for China like what Dr. Charles Koa did for Taiwan. Dr. Koa is former Chairman and now Honorary Professor of University of Wisconsin. "I couldn't catch up Dr. Tony Lei's dinner party at his home in Ging Ling Mansion, but I'll have coffee hour with him and others professors eventually in the party," said Dr. Koa in Taipei early in the morning one day many years ago. Inspired by Dr. Tony Lei's many publications in business management presented on the Wine Closet in the parlor, he applaused, "Do it brightly and we may make the same excellency also. I'm interested in following Tony's creativeness to pioneer even a bigger economics and business world here soon after I come back from United States." Within ten years, he established the Empire of "Tien Shie" ("World" in Chinese) in Taiwan! His popularity and influence to the people in Taiwan have been offered him accomplishment much more than just his splendid academic title.
Dr. Lei transferred the MBA of America to Taiwan. Joined him were many professors, scholars, administrators, publishers, among others. All of them together, for many years, helped bring the Miracle of Economy of Taiwan realized. "Together with the successful experience of economic deveopment in Taiwan, now is the time for China to advance it even better!" said Eric Chen.
