To date, visitors to the WBTI website have already exceeded 24,238. This Event and Dinner Party was a follow-up to the Summer 2003 WBTI Symposium held on May 19, 2003, to honor those website visitors with lucky numbers as winners among people who frequently visit the WBTI website. At the same time, the Event was held to advance the entrepreneurship and the development of Review-Journal.com and to recognize its contributions to our community of Nevada.

Summer 2003 Symposium of WBTI is remarkable

The Summer 2003 Symposium of WBTI was held at Zax Restaurant of Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel on May 19, 2003 in Las Vegas. The theme of this mini symposium is: The Entrepreneurship of MPA/SME Certificates Program for the people of English and Chinese Speaking.
The Panelists of Honor are: Dr. E. Lee Bernick, Congresswoman Shelley Berkly, State Senator Dina Titus, Distrct Judge Valorie Vega, Clark County Commissioner Rory Reid, Las Vegas Judge Bert Brown, and Clark County Chief Deputy District Attorney Abbi Silver. As Dean of the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA), WBTI, Dr. Bernick is also Chairman and Professor of Department of Public Administration of UNLV.

It's my spacious opportunity and honor to be an Adjunct Assistant Professor of GSBPA. In utilizing both of my knowledge and experience, I'm challenged and happy to share the learning and teaching process on Criminal Law together with our graduate students from China, Taiwan, and Singapore in the classrooms offered by UNLV," said Judge Bert Brown who has been voted as the best municipal judge.

"Steve Wark was recommended on December 21, 2001 by Dr. Tony Lei to Chairpersons John Ensign and Shelley Berkley as Executive Director of Pan Pacific and Asian American International Event and Concert. 'The First Pan Pacific and Asian American International Concert' will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino Event Center in Las Vegas next Spring. The international Event and cultural Concert will be presented by State of Nevada, Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI), and 1NetBroadcast Inc. U. S. Senator John Ensign and U. S. Congresswoman Shelley Berkley are Chairpersons of the Event. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo of the Republic of Philippines and professional leaders of several field of expertise from many countries will attend the event. We expect about 5,000 people who will participate in the concert. The whole program will be produced for a TV show that is expected to reach 100 million families all around the world. Assemblywoman Merle Berman and Assemblywoman Candidate Francis Allen invited Dr. Lei to Carson Coffee Shop of Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel on December 19, 2001. They consulted him on his knowledge of business innovation and enterpreneurship. Steve Wark is now Chairman of the Republican Party, Clark County, Nevada. He is President of Image and Design. In 1998, he was Executive Director of the Campaign organization for Governor Kenny Guinn. The Executive Director of PPAAF Bud Cranor appointed Brian Sandoval Honorary Chairman, David Roger and Bill Young Co-Chairs of CCDAPCC on January 2, 2003," Dr. John Wang, Spokesman of WBTI announced on January 3, 2003.

Bud Cranor is Director of Las Vegas Office of Governor Kenny Guinn, and Executive Director of the PPAAF of WBTI. The Conference was held by WBTI at the Steak House of the Binion's Horseshoe Club on December 30, 2002 in Las Vegas. The Theme of the Mini Conference is: Promoting A Good Community Life Through Mutual Cooperation. Bud is the Chairman of the conference.

The Dinner Party was held by WBTI to celebrate Bell as Honorary Chairman and Senior Advisor of CCDAPCC at the Steak House of the Binion's Horseshoe Club on October 7, 2002.
