Representative Honorable James Gibbons and Shelley Berkley, and Las Vegas City Mayor Oscar Goodman are Executive Advisors. "On March 11, 2003, Dr. E. Lee Bernick and Dr. G. Keong Leong were appointed by WBTI as Deans of the Public Administration Division and Business Administration Division of its Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA)," announced Dr. John Wang, Spokesman of WBTI on March 12, 2003. The first Dean of the Public Administration Division, Dr. E. Lee Bernick, who is the Chairman and Professor of the Department of Public Administration of UNLV, received his degrees of M. A. and Ph. D. in Political Science from University of Oklahoma in 1972 and 1976 , respectively. His major area of academic specialization are in public administration, state and local government, survey research, and public policy. He has numerous academic publications with excellent teaching and administrative qualifications. His appointment of leadership to this Division has been applauded by both the political and educational professionals. Dean Leong of the Business Administration Division, who is the Chairman and Professor of the Department of Management of UNLV, received his degrees of M. B. A. and Ph. D. in Operations Management from University of Southern Carolina, in 1984 and 1987, respectively. His academic and professional experiences in management have been featured by his expertise in emerging markets, interna- tional operations, technology management, and supply chain management.
