<<<<<<< [AnyTHINGthere!] A Critical Choice! By John McCann Tuesday, February 9, 2010 4:24 PM From: "John McCain" {john@johnmccain.com}Add sender to Contacts ^^^To: tojulei@yahoo.com A most formidable opponent of the Obama agenda! I want to continue to fight with your support. Please join my campaign today. My Friend, The 2010 election offers all Americans - and especially Republicans - a critical choice. We can fight for the principles we believe in, or watch as Barack Obama and the Democrat-controlled Congress take our nation down a costly, destructive path. I'm ready for that battle. And as one of my strongest supporters, I sincerely hope I can count on you to continue to stand with me as I work hard to win reelection in November. President Obama and the Democrats in control of Congress have gone too far in their quest to "change" America. Their radical, far left policies are undermining America's founding principles and greatly threaten our nation's future economic health and national security. It is truly disheartening that in their desire to advance their far left agenda, the Democrats are totally ignoring proven ways to create jobs and get our economy moving again. Our opponents' determined efforts to completely overhaul America's health care system, drive our federal deficit to historic levels, and do serious harm to Medicare - serves as a powerful lesson as to the lengths they will go to advance their radical liberal agenda. The issues we face today call for real, positive, effective solutions. That is why I am determined to remain in the U.S. Senate. Today, I ask that you reaffirm your support for our shared values by making an immediate contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more. If you are able to make a donation of $100 or more today, I will send you a personally autographed copy of my book, Faith of My Fathers in appreciation of your steadfast support. In recent months, a reporter dubbed me the "most formidable opponent of the Obama agenda." For me, the bottom line is this: I will always put my country first and fight for what I believe is in the best interest of the American people. However, if I am going to win in November and continue to fight for our country, I will need your help and support. Your generous donation will be used to help me continue fighting, and I appreciate any amount you can give today. Inconceivably the Obama White House and Democratic Congressional leaders continue to tell the national media that they are carrying out the "will of the people" and those who are speaking up against their policies represent only a "small minority" of voters. You and I know that is not true. Vast numbers of Americans oppose their policies and are saying "No" to more lost jobs, more wasteful spending, more government control, more taxes and more debt. What the Democrats are advocating is not the kind of change that is good for America and our children's future. I'm proud to lead the fight against these policies and am honored to have you by my side. Thank you for your ongoing and steadfast support. Sincerely, John McCain P.S. I have always fought on the side of people who want better, more efficient government. Today, I need your help to make sure I can remain in the U.S. Senate to continue that fight, by following this link to make a generous contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more. Remember, if you are able to give $100 or more today, I will personally sign a copy of my book, Faith of My Fathers as a token of my appreciation for your generous support. Thank you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please visit this page if you want to remove yourself from the email list. Accomplishment is proved to be a journey with united and harmonious efforts. The ingenuity and ability from its Vice Chairpersons Attorney Xiaosheng Huang and Miss Yin Yan are important. Let's have a good laugh by listening to a story from the famous writer in humor Lin-yao Wu before we start to read the following: Charlyne is also the International Trade Representative in Taiwan for Nevada Commission on Economic Development and the Representative of UNLV (Las Vegas, Nevada) in the Great China Area. The silver state, Nevada, has advanced its Tourism Industry with a foreign city's on the benifit of trade and ecomomic development. Many many years ago, people might be embarrased to bring friends to Las Vegas because it was a gaming place. Now, people are welcome to come here because it is a famous City of Tourism in the world. With a bright direction for development, the present Las Vegas' value is much more on its convention, hospitality, education, etc. than a playground with 'original sin of gaming'.*16 ***Editor's note: Opinions expressed by the above reporters in Chinese, are freely and absolutely their own. [[[ Quick news! To be respected as a reference for a part of future article in research study. ]]]The following is a very important report about the Region 9 Representative of U. S. Department of Labor Before we can do a research studing article to include some part of this report, we're temporarilly posting it here through the courtesy of the '舊金山新聞' of Worldjournal.com. The credit goes also mainly to the Reporter [2007-09-17] -------------------------------------------- ******************************************** | |

(2nd Edition) The memory and floral tributes to U. S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao's mother Mrs. Ruth Mu-lan Chu Chao (朱木蘭) By Mark Denton, Valerie Weber, Cheryl Moss, and Tiffany Chang***** Life is meant to be a never-ending education, and when this is fully appreciated, we are no longer survivors but adventurers. ---David McNally, Even Eagles Need a Push The originality of this article was published in this section on August 5, 2007.*1 The Advisory Board and faculty members join with President Dr. Tony Lei of WBTI in mourning its Chairperson Elaine Chao's mother Mrs. Ruth Chu Chao and praying for her and the family heartfeltly. "Dear Dr. Lei, Very sorry to hear the sad news. I made a few grammatical and spelling changes below. Hope this helps. Sincerely, Judge Moss," wrote Nevada District Court Judge Cheryl Moss to Washington Business and Technology Intstitute (WBTI) early in the morning on August 7, 2007 (Tue, 7 Aug 2007 05:58:44 -0700) in Las Vegas, Nevada.*2 Judy and Tony were very sad to learn yesterday (8/04/07) evening that U. S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao's mother Mrs. Ruth Mu-lan Chu Chao passed away in the afternoon on August 2, 2007. President George Bush called Elaine's family twice. In comforting, George reminded her father Dr. James S. C. Chao, Chairman of Foremost Group that, "Elaine is the one who serves the longest time as a Secretary of U. S. Department." According to Elaine's mouring message to the passing of her mother, she respects her mother Ruth as "a noble and eternal wife, a selfless and offering mother, a philanthropist full of love, and an Asian culture scholar." "From the difficult years after mariage to raise several daughters, thorugh her courage, diligence, and accomplishment to receive her master degree, until the development and prosperity of their family, U. S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao's mother Mrs. Ruth Mu-lan Chu Chao had a life of success. Ruth was a successful family educator and an achieved Asian culture scholar. 'Like mother, like daughter.' Ealine's wisdom, inguinty, and achievement as a leading Asian American public charater have been derived from her mother's heartily love and offering influence. Judy and I were mourning and praying for Elaine's mother Ruth heartfeltly. Our sincere hearts and prayers go out also to James, Elaine, Mitch (Elaine's husband, The Honorable Mitch McConnell, U. S. Senate Minority Leader), Jeannette, May, Christine, Grace, Angela, the family, and their friends," wrote President Dr. Tony Lei of WBTI a mourning and praying e-mail to Chairperson Elaine Chao in the early morning on August 5, 2007, in Las Vegas, Nevada. 朱木蘭言教身教給女兒們留下莫大的資產,她曾說「教育是給女兒最好的嫁妝」," reported by Reporter 魏碧洲 of World Journal in New York. The report "趙小蘭母親朱木蘭病逝" was posted on the '超人氣 News' of the Worldjournal.com. on August 4, 2007.*3 "Vision seems to be an elusive yet import life principle. " wrote Elaine L. The following was an literary article written by Ruth when she was very young. With its nice description, the article was published by the School Periodical at her elementary school year: "我從小就愛雨天———霏霏的細雨與傾盆大雨覺得一樣的可愛。 *10 We are humble, but we are encouraged. With its nice description, the article was published by the School Periodical at her elementary school year: "我從小就愛雨天———霏霏的細雨與傾盆大雨覺得一樣的可愛。 *7 We are humble, but we are encouraged. Thanks. Searching the leading search engines from early morning yesterday until now, we could find that this feature article by WBTI through the communitylink of Las Vegas Review-Journal is the first one on the most recent news about U. Vision and enthusiasm By Tiffany ChangThe willingness to create a new vision is a statement of your belief in your potential. ---David McNally _____________________________________________ Carl Schutz told us that, "Ideals are like stars. You will not succeed in touching them with your hands. But like the seafaring man on the desert of waters, you choose them as your guides and following them you will reach your destiny." It is our pleasure to inspire the significance of the idea, "The world of tomorrow belongs to the person who has the vision today," which was stated by Robert Schuller. Having good vision, we will bring it together with us to help promote a peaceful, happy, and healthy community.*1 "Vision seems to be an elusive yet import life principle. Your vision describes the ideal future for you to attain. It provides meaning and direction while forcing you to break through present limitations. Holding a clear picture in your mind of the desired future will mobilize your creative efforts and generate the desire and energy to perform," edited Glenn Ekeren in his book.*2 Vision may develop its power to direct what tommorrow will look like. Vision is having an acute sense of the possible. The thing what others can not see, it can be seen by vision. Something extraordinary will occur when those with similar visions are drawn together. The goal of John F. Kennedy set in 1060 to place a man on the moon by 1970 drew many million people's efforts in achieving the dream. John had the vision. The result is now history with reality. "John F. Kennedy was a living example of Mitchell Kapor's belief that, 'If you can genuinely present a picture that makes sense to people, that unifies the seemingly disperate elements of their experience, if you can give people something they can resonate with because it's meaningful, then they'll be immensely responsive to it.' JFK presented that picture and America responded." *3 Enthusiasm is important, especially very important to many things in our lives.*4 We need to push our valuable vision through enthusiasm. We are pleased to quote the following three short but meaningful ones: ***** There is nothing greater than enthusiasm. ---Henry Moore ***** If you don't have enthusiasm, you don't have anything. ---Kemmons Wilson, Sr. ***** Nothing good or great can be done in the absence of enthusiasm. ---Tom Peters It's our pleasure to post a short story from "Speaker's Source Book II" by Glenn Van Ekeren: The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek roots en and theos and means "God within." It is a fire, a passion within. Real enthusiasm is not something you "put on" and "take off " to fit the occasion. It is a way of life. Apparently Theodore Roosevelt possessed that kind of passionate lifestyle. In 1883, according to Bernard Levin, writing in Enthusiasms (Crown Publishers), Roosevelt went buffalo hunting in the Badlands of South Dakota with a single companion, Joe Ferris. They nearly died of thirst, and they slept on the ground, saddles their only pillows. One night wolves caused their horses to bolt, and it took some time for the fleeing beasts to be recaptured. The men went back to sleep; it began to rain heavily and they awoke, finding themselves lying in four inches of water. Shivering between sodden blankets, Ferris heard Teddy Roosevelt exclaim, "By Godfrey, but this is fun!" Now that's enthusiasm!*5 We are quite inspired by the words of wisdom as said by Alan Loy McGinnis that, "There is no more noble occupation in the world than to assist another human being--to help someone succeed." Vision with enthusiasm may bring us with hope to serve our people, community, and country!*6 "It's my great honor to be named by President Dr. Tony Lei as a Fellow of the Public Administration Institution (PAI) and an Honorary Chairman of the Clark County District and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC) of Washington Business and Technolgy Institute (WBTI)," pointed out the Chief Justice of Nevada Supreme Court William Maupin at the Celebration Party to "Nevada Examiner" and "Communitylink of Reviewjournal.com" at the Steak House of Binion's Horseshoe Club, Las Vegas, Nevad on October 10, 2002. The Party was held by WBTI to celebrate William Maupin's being appointed as its Fellow of the Public Administration Institution (PAI) and as its Honorary Chairman of the Clark County District Attorney and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC). "Please know that I irrevocably stand by my personal commitment to diversity issues in this state and that my sense of patriotism and faith in America stems from its embrace of that diversity." *7 ------------------------------------- References *1.
