Season Greetings from U. S. Senator Harry Reid
By Tiffany Chang

On behalf of WBTI, Dr. Tony Lei thanked again to Harry's letter*1 as in the following:

Dr. Tony Tung-tien Lei
President
Washington Business & Technology Institute
2245 Homeland Street
Las Vegas, Nevada 89128-6792

Dear Dr. & Mrs. Tung-tien Lei:

The holiday season is a time for remembering the good things that happened during the year, for reflecting on the many blessings of our lives, and renewing the bonds of love and friendship that make our lives special.

This year has eventful for the Reid family. Our first child, Lana, and our three grandchildren live in the Washington area. Rory and three more of our grandchildren live in Las Vegas. Leif is in Reno with two more grandchildren and have just told us another is on the way. Josh just passed the bar, is living in Reno and also has announced our new daughter-in-law is expecting. Finally, our youngest, Key, lives in the Washington DC area with our newest grandchild. So, as you can see, we have the pleasure of grandchildren in each of our frequent stops, Las Vegas, Reno and Washington.

On behalf of Landra and our family, I want to thank you for thinking of us during this hoilday season. Each hoilday greeting reminds us that we are truly fortunate to have so many friends and loved ones with whom to share this special time.

The Reid family has been richly blessed and we look forward to the years ahead. I hope that the season brings happiness and good fortune to you and your loved ones.

With warmest regards,

Sincerely,

(Sign manual by Harry)
HARRY REID
U. S. Senator
Assistant Democratic Leader
United States Senate
Washington, DC 20510-7012

The above letter is a vivid presentation of Harry's advice and inspiration to WBTI for his democratic style of leadership. By Democratic Leadership,*2 the leader respects humanity and allows individual development to make his or her group members cooperate and work by division of labor with self-motion and self-revelation. Its specialties are:

1. The leader endeavors to win followers by himself or herself with good personality and emphasizes knowledge and experience as the foundation of leading. 2. Subordinates have a full opportunity to participate decision-making and to suggest good idea. 3. The leader puts attention to the benefit of the subordinates, understand their needs, focuses the importance of the people. 4. The leader gives only some direction on the work planning, and leave the details of the work processing to the subordinates. 5. The leader has full opportunity to participate in employees activities, and they get along with each other very well. 6. The communication between the leader and subordinates is fully in good condition, and they enjoy fruitful accomplishment with good understanding. 7. The division of labor is decided by the group and the subordinates have the right of selecting their work accompanists with the direction and coordination of their leader by their side. 8. The leader evaluates objectively and renders fair judgement in giving prize or punishment.

Lights of Nevada for one nation under God
By Tiffany Chang

In the aftenoon of Noveber 21, 2003, Dr. Tony Lei recieved the Governor's Press Release from the Office of the Governor Kenny Guinn. The Press declared that, "Governor Guinn signs proclamation supporting Nevada National Guard and Reserve Soldiers."
Governor Guinn joined the nations's other Governors this week by signing the proclaming of the "Support of the Guard and Reserve Week". This proclamation pays a special tribute to the state's citizens serving the Guard and Reserves as well as their civilian employers. The Governor signed the proclamation for displaying his ongoing support of Nevada's National Guard and Reserves soldiers, marines and sailors
With the proclamation, the Governor encourages all the people of Nevada to show their appreciations to the state's employers of reserve personnel and their employees who are members of the National Guard and Reserve. Thanks should be extended to their extraordinary sacrifices in the defense of the nation, especially since September 11, 2001.
The Governor of Nevada, Kenny Guinn pointed out, "These employers reflect their spirit of our state and nation and, during this week, I join with my fellow Governors and with President Bush in recognizing their continued support of their employees who are Guardsmen and Reservists."*1
"We wish to thank you so much for your support of the 'Lights of Las Vegas' Televised Benefit held at the Showroom at the Venetian held on Monday October 22, 2001. Thanks to your support, there were many important officials and communities represented at this event with incredible performances by national and local entertainers. CBS Televi- sion called the event a "beautiful event" that lifted the 'spirits of us all'," wrote to Dr. Tony Lei, President of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI), and hie wife Judy by the Executive Producer Dallas Tanner of the 1NetBroadcast Inc. Clint Holmes, George Dare and national Christian hit performer Natalie Grant were among the best performers.
The firemen from the World Trade Center Tragedy on 911 of 2001 were especially pleased that Dr. Tony Lei and his wife Judy took the time to make sure that many of the officials in our city knew that these men were visiting our special city. "They send a special thanks to you along with the others involved with this project," continued Dallas, who is also the President of the Incorporation.
Dallas and the Company invited Dr. Tony Lei and Judy to a special private screening which was attended by the perfomers. That was just the beginning of many other televised events that the company planned on producing in Las Vegas that would shine all over the world, especially in these special times which needed hope. "And so 'Lights of Las Vegas' we plan on continuing on as a way of letting the good people of Las Vegas shine all over the world as a beacon of hope and joy. Once again, thanks so much for your support for this benefit!" Dallas cordially concluded the letter. It was presented by him to Dr. and Mrs. Tony Lei with a tribute dinner party for the couple at the Sienna Cafe of Suncoast Casino and Hotel on Saturday at October 27, 2001. 1NetBroadcast Vice President Margie Dibit, and Editor-in-Chief of "Las Vegas Star" Bob Jose were also the guests in the dinner.
On October 18, 2001, Dr. Tony Lei, President of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI) was asked to invite all the high ranked officials of Nevada to present as Guests of Honor of the Party. It was a regret for lots of them not being available because of their rescheduling within very limited time, but we still had the following important and enthusiastic presenters and individuals been honored on the TV which reached 100 million famillies all around the World: John Ensign, U. S. Senator; Mark Denton, District Judge of Nevada; Bobby Siller, Nevada Gaming Board Commissioner; Dina Titus, State Senator and Professor of UNLV; Jessie Walsh and Betsy Kolkoski, Las Vegas Municipal Court Judges; Theresa Malone, Elected Member of the Nevada Board of Education; Denise Brodsky, Las Vegas School Board Trustee; Mark Malone, Former Nevada Senator; among others.*2
