We believe the words by Lee Iacocca that, "Management is nothing more than motivating other people." We also believe the words of Brooker T. Washington that, "Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility upon him and to let him know that you trust him." United we stand, not just for our Asian American Community only but for all our people and nation as a whole. Asian American Community has won recognition for contribution to Nevada by American Main-stream. The main reason for this recogniition is the great and cooperative wisdom and effort that we the Asian American ommunities have continuously participated and offered to the mainstream society in Nevada.* We understad that nothing great was done without much enduring, but we also should understand that nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiam. Democracy, freedom, and entrepreneurship are the three best "Spirit of America". To pursue an American Dream as encouraged by U. S. Senators Harry Reid and John Ensign, we Asian Americans need to work together more diligently with our effort and wisdom for our and our future generations to have a better quality of life.

"To encourage the cooperation and development of English and Chinese speaking countries with Nevada has been particularly important to our country at this critical period of time. The establishment of the Division of Public Administration of Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA) of WBTI will launch our effort that emphasizes the value of humane and administrative orientation. The creed of this School is both on the spirit of educational excellence and academic entrepreneuship. We're forecasting the smooth and efficient growth of this School together with the growth of the tourism industry and the economic development of Nevada after 911 and SARS," Dr. E. Lee Bernick, Dean of the Division of Public Administration of GSBPA and Professor and Chairman of the Public Administration Department of UNLV said at the Summer 2003 Symposium and Dinner Party held by WBTI at the Zax Restaurant of Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel on May 19, 2003 in Las Vegas.
"The mission of Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA) of WBTI will emphasize the humaniarian orientation of public administration and the social responsibility of business management.
