April 27, 2003     WBTI is holding Summer 2003 Symposium By Rory Reid, Cheryl Moss, and Tiffany Chang"A good graduate school may have no great mansion but never could it have no great scholars and professors.    The initial mission  of  the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA)  of  Washington Business and Technology Institute  (WBTI)  is to recruit excellent  professionals as its faculty members.            On April 22, 2003,  WBTI  appointed  the following list  of  faculty:  Adjunct Professors  of  Administrative Strategies  Shelley Berkley  and  Dina Titus,   Adjunct Associate Professor of Criminal  Law  Valorie Vega,  Adjunct  Assistant  Professor of Business Law  Rory Reid,  and  Adjunct  Assistant Professors of Criminal Law  Bert Brown and Abby Silver.                   The  Summer  2003 Symposium of  WBTI  will be held at  Zax Restaurant of Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel on May 19, 2003 in Las Vegas,"  Dr.  John Wang,  Spokesman  of  WBTI   announced  on April 23, 2003. The theme of this mini symposium is:  The Entrepreneurship  of   MPA/SME Certificates Program  for the People of English and Chinese Speaking.        The Panelists  of Honor  are: Dr. E. Lee Bernick,  Congresswoman Shelley Berkly,  State Senator  Dina Titus, Distrct Judge Valorie Vega, Clark County Commissioner  Rory Reid,  Las Vegas Judge  Bert  Brown,  and  Clark County Deputy District Attorney  Abby  Silver. "I couldn't catch up Dr. Tony Lei's dinner party at his home  in Ging Ling Mansion,  but  I'll have coffee hour with him and others professors eventually in the party,"  said Dr. Koa  in Taipei  early in the morning  one day many years ago.           Inspired by Dr. Tony Lei's  many  publications in business management presented on the Wine Closet in the parlor,  he applaused, "Do it brightly  and we may make the same excellency also.          I'm interested in following Tony's creativeness to pioneer even  a bigger economics and  business world  here soon after I come  back  from  United States."
