Many memorable events in the history of the world are a triumph of enthusiasm
Our mutual cooperation and development between the officials and people will help bring us a peaceful, happy, and healthy community!
By Mark Denton, Jessie Walsh, Cheryl Moss, and Tiffany Chang

***** "Every memorable act in the history of the world is a triumph of enthusiasm. Nothing great was ever achieved without it because it gives any challenge or any occupation, no matter how frightening or difficult, a new meaning. Without enthusiasm you are doomed to a life of mediocrity but with it you can accomplish miracles." ---Og Mandino (1923-1996, Speaker and Author)

One of the main three missions of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI) is community service. Casinos like the Wynn and Adelson's Sands have led this small city in southern China past the Strip as the world's most lucrative gambling center. Las Vegas Sands claims that The Venetian Macau -- twice the size of the Las Vegas original -- is the largest building in Asia and the second largest in the world. Adelson also plans to open more hotels under brands such as Four Seasons, Sheraton and St. Regis. He believes that we are wise to expand our marketing efforts and focus on developing markets in places such as Asia. It is significant for him to point out that in addition to gaming, Nevada has phenomenal cultural, historic, and recreational resources that we must continue to promote. Kenny emphasizes that for our state's economy to thrive, all of the Silver State's tourism opportunities must be effectively marketed to both domestic and international visitors.

Dr. Stuart H. Mann delivered a keynote speech to the Gaming & Entertainment Summit 2007 in Taipei. He is one of the Directors of ICBC.

"The Nevada Commission on Tourism believes it is vital to establish a presence in Taiwan in order to represent our tourism destinations to this emerging world travel market. Taiwan's capital, Taipei, has a working population of four million, with a youthful, technologically oriented work force. There is tremendous potential for building tourism among this sector," said Lorraine Hunt, former Lt. Governor of Nevada.*9

"we are seeking new horizons for the economy of Nevada. Building mutally beneficial relationships with Taiwan, and other foreign countries, will create the demand for direct, regularly scheduled flights. Our work will help Nevada establish contacts for lucrative business and convention visitors from around the world that will form the foundation for a new pillar in the Nevada economy." *10

The International Cities Business Council (ICBC) [國際城市企業協進會] of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI) [華盛頓工商技术研究院] strives to build a bridge among important cities nationally and internationally. ICBC has set its main goal on "Mutual cooperation and development of business, trade, and tourism among international cities."

Lorraine Hunt has been Honorary Chairperson of ICBC [國際城市企業協進會] since 1998. To win over her experience and caliber on tourism, she has also been invited by Lt. Governor Brian Krolicki as a Commissioner of NCOT soon after he took office early this year.

"It's really a challenge to me! Lots of my job are related to have a function on the basis of international perspective. Through this professional and practical venue, I'll put all my effort and talent to implement the missions for the promotion of the economic and trade cooperation and development among cities of Nevada, China, Taiwan, Macau, and other Pacific & Asian countries," said Miss Charlyne Chen (陳思庭), Chairperson of the ICBC (國際城市企業協進會) of WBTI (華盛頓工商技术研究院). Accomplishment is proved to be a journey with united and harmonious efforts. The ingenuity and ability from its Vice Chairpersons Attorney Xiaosheng Huang and Miss Yin Yan are important. Charlyne is also the Trade Representative in Taiwan of Nevada Commission on Economic Development.

"As the Hononary Chairperson of International Cities Business Council of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI), I'll have more venues to work for international tourism with Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn (now Jim Gibbons) who is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of WBTI. We're putting all our effort and wisdom to work for our people, land, and country under the spiritual leadership of Chairperson Elaine Chao of WBTI," said Lorraine Hunt, former Lt. Governor of Nevada and now Commissioner of Nevada Commission on Tourism (NCOT).

The 2007 Nevada Governor's Conference on Tourism will be an annual significant event for the interest of many people, businesses, and countries. It will be held on December 12-14 this year in Las Vegas. In the General Assembly, we shall have Jim Gibbons, Governor, State of Nevada; Introduction by: Commissioner Lorraine T. Hunt-Bono; Brian K. Krolicki, Lieutenant Governor, State of Nevada; and the topic on Growth: Challenges and Opportunities. WBTI has assisted to publicize the conference for many years. "With Lt. Governor Brian Krolicki as our Chairman of the Advisory Board of ICBC, WBTI will be more empowered to assist the economic development and tourism of Nevada," said Nevada Assemblywoman Valerie Weber who is one of the Advisors of the Board. The sky is beautiful in this silver state.*15 Nevada is the spring fountain of world business in entertainment, gaming, convention, and tourism!

"We now have a unique opportunity and challenge--to take the nearly 143 years of growth and progress that has created the Nevada of today, and set a course for the future. All of us must share a common vision of one Nevada ?which can only become a reality if we agree upon what promises that vision entails," wrote Nevada Governor James A. Gibbons.*16

1) I totally support 80-20's decision to endorse Sen. Clinton. Given the
importance of this fight to our community, how can we help? Would
donation to 80-20 be more effective or we should donate to Clinton's
campaign directly but mention 80-20's name? Please advise*. Bin Ke

(Answer: See * at the end of this newsletter.)

2) beautiful, beautiful ... big red sea to cross ... exodus ... need hands
in hands ... one takes one ... with much respect, kp

3) You are admirable in this effort to state the need to back a candidate
who supports Asian causes. I hope your Ad will be successful and let me
know what we can do in the East Coast. GS

4. which asian american official is endorsing Obama? Maybe we can apply
pressure for him to drop that! k c

(Answer: Sam Yoon of Boston City Council)

5) I want to help 80-20 and myself. Please copy me the list of questions
that were sent to those Presidential Candidates so I can tell my friends
why to select Sen Clinton in the coming CA primary. I am sure most of
my friends do not know about those QUESTIONS. ** But we need NON-80-

(Answer: See ** at the end of this newsletter.)

6) I am with you.. Vimala Nowlis, Attorney at Law, 310...

7) Thank you for your effort to win equal opportunity for Asian

That would have a larger impact. Suwen Wang

(Answer: It'll cost at least $125 K for a full page.)

8) Did 80-20 ever received replies from any of the Republican candidates
with the questionnaires? Milton Nee, Dallas, TX

(Answer: 3 candidates have replied with "Will not to reply." Otherwise,
none. See http://www.80-20initiative.net/news/preselect2008.asp )

9) Seems to me to maintain the perception of being non-partisan, a
comment should be made with reference to the republicans. I.e. no
endorsement of any republican because they have not responded if that
is indeed the case. -Willie (Answer: See answer to comment 8)

10) The following is from Kam Liu, a Life Member of 80-20. He suggests
that every supporter would forward the following short email to your
friends in California and beyond:
"Hi Friends and Voters in California,
To help Asian Americans to gain equal opportunities nationwide, we
need your help with your votes and/or money to support the 80-20
endorsed presidential candidate in the coming primary on Feb 5. The
endorsed candidate is Hilary Clinton. You may have personal opinion of
her; for the sake of unity among Asian Americans for Equal Opportunity
and political empowerment, please ask all your friends to cast their
votes for her and support her financially if you can. This 80-20
movement will show all the politicians present and in the future that
the Asian American votes can influence the outcome of an election thus
gaining the respects and equal status as first class citizens that we truly
deserve for generations to come. Thank you and Happy Lunar New Year
of the Mouse!"

11) Kenneth Chia, Hemet, California against wrote an long but extremely
eloquent letter which is appended at the end***.

12) Although I don't like Hillary Clinton, I will do what I can to defeat
Obama because 80-20 didn't get a reply of all yeses from Sen. Obama. My

16) I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and I intend to vote for Sen. Clinton along
the line of 80-20 PAC recommendation at the primary election. kenhluk

17) MUST READ THIS. Sherwin Wang showed us how he has already

"It was unwise and unfortunate for Sen. Obama to ignore Asian
Americans. I will forward this to my Asian friends for their information.
Thank you, 80-20 PAC for doing the good work on our behalf.
Sherwin Wang"

18) MUST READ THIS in conjunction with 17). Sherwin then showed us

** The 6 questions that Sen. Clinton answered with "6 yeses" are;

(1) If elected, will you direct the Labor Secretary to hold public hearings

regarding the validity of the huge amount of statistical data strongly

suggesting discriminatory practices against Asian Americans in
workplaces
today? (Yes/No)

(2) If the data were shown valid, will you issue a directive to the Labor

Department asking it to focus on enforcing Executive Order 11246 on

behalf of Asian Americans, since in the past similar efforts have already

been made on behalf of women and other minorities? (Yes/No)

(3) Two years after you have issued the directive described in item 2, will

you meet with a group of Asian American national organizations, put

together by 80-20 and the Labor Department, to review the progress in

extending equal opportunity to Asian Americans? (Yes/No)

(4) If elected, will you within your first term of office, seek to increase the

nomination of qualified Asian Americans to serve as Article III life-
tenured
federal judges, whenever such vacancies are available until the
current
dismal situation is significantly remedied? [To put things in
perspective,
not meaning to imply quota, presently there are 0.6% Asian
Am. Federal
judges, while the Asian Am. population is 4.5% and the % of
Asian Am
legal professionals in laws firms of 100 or large is at least
5.3%.] (Yes/No)

(5) If elected, will you seek to nominate, within your first term of office,

qualified Asian Americans to serve as Article III Circuit Judges, whenever

there are vacancies in those positions, until the current dismal situation
is
significantly remedied? [To put things in perspective, none of the 179

Article III Circuit judges is an Asian American.] (Yes/No)

(6) If elected, will you consider nominating a qualified Asian America to
the
Supreme Court, when a vacancy occurs? Two years upon your taking
the office,
will you meet with a group of Asian American leaders, put
together jointly by
80-20 and other Asian American national organizations
to review the progress
in adding Asian American Federal judges? (Yes/No)

***An eloquent letter from Kenneth Chia:,
Dear Friends,
Israelis and Asians are very similar in many ways. They are hard
working. They are family oriented and care very much about children's
education. Israelis and Asians are both minorities in this country. But
which one of the two has tremendous political clout? Israelis, of course.
The reason is very simple. The Israelis are very active in politics. They
focus their energy to change the course of this country for the benefit of
Israelis. They form unbelievable power, not only in having Israeli elected
to office, but to express their views and elect the ones that support them.
Politicians would not dare come up with policies that are against Israel
or offend Israelis. As they can quickly unite to knock down that
politician in the next election.

Asians are, on the average, indifferent towards politics in this
country. They often say to themselves: "What can I do to influence this
country's policy?" or "They don't listen to us so I just do my own things
and hope the policy change will be in my favor." or "I am so busy with
my work or busy driving the kids around. I don't have time to worry
about things I have no control over." Some, I assert, care a lot more
about the political affairs in our own home country. That shows me we
are not really indifferent towards politics. We are passive just because we
convince ourselves that our opinion don't matter.

Have no control over? No time? You are dead wrong. Casting a vote
takes about one hour. If one chooses to do absentee balloting, that
becomes just a few minutes - reading the information in the "Sample
Ballot and Information Pamphlet", making your choice, putting on a
stamp, and away it goes. We are long neglected by the politicians of this
country. The only way to change it is to show them that our votes can
change the outcome of an election.

Take this coming California primary on February 5th for example, we
should all take a few minutes to vote and vote for the candidate that 80-
20 endorses. After the victory of that candidate, we can gather poll data
and most likely we can make a claim that our votes help push the
candidate over the top. Don't laugh. With the race so close, a few
hundred votes can potentially decide the winner. We do not want
someone who refuses to support equal opportunity for Asians on his way
to become our next president. Senator Obama, more than any other
candidates, should feel deeply about the injustice minorities like Asians
suffer through the years. He runs on vision and passion. But obviously
his vision and passion are not toward us.

This passiveness has to stop. In all future elections, we should all cast
our votes and make our opinion count. Only by doing so, we can fight
for the political power that has been lacking among the greatest group of
all - the Asians.

Kenneth Chia

ROLCC has a daughter church in Las Vegas now. The church will celebrate with sisters and brothers an 'offering church worship'. The sermon and event will be held by Senior Pastor Tong Liu of ROLCC on July 28, 2007 in Las Vegas. It will start from 10:00 a.m. in the mornoing on Saturday. The address of the local church is: 5808 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 109, Las Vegas, NV 89146.

The following three quotes will give us a little impression about Las Vegas:

"It's hard to imagine a bigger desert oasis than Las Vegas." ---Cinnamon Stomberger

"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas." --Jeff Candido and Jason Hoff, advertising slogan written for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, 2002

"Las Vegas - my favorite desert mirage." ---Val Saintsbury

John/Patty Cell Group has been blessed by God for good growth and evangelization. The group used to have sound scheduling to help promote church events. "There are a couple of events this weekend. This Friday 7/27 at 7:30pm, we are all welcomed to watch a movie together at church on the topic of dealing with depression. After the movie some of us may hang out at a snack place and chat," wrote John Lei.*9

People may share some inspiration with the following FWD by Mike months ago:

人生有三態,悲觀、樂觀與達觀。

悲觀的人在山腳看世界,看到幽冥小徑;
樂觀的人在山腰看世界,看到柳暗花明;

悲觀的人看到花謝的悲傷;
樂觀的人看到花開的燦爛;
達觀的人看到花果的希望。

悲觀的人用加法生活,平添勞苦;
樂觀的人用減法生活,減少憂傷;
達觀的人用除法生活,分享喜樂。

如果黑暗不能映現星光,我寧可趨向太陽。
如果哭泣不能看見海洋,我寧可面對穹蒼。
如果埋怨不能喚回春天,我情願化身春燕。 *10

LIVERight, a community service HBV free blood screen/seminar took place on Saturday, 1/13 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. This was a joint effort between Asian Liver Center (ALC) at Stanford University and Holiday Plaza Series at River of Life Christian Church (ROLCC). We are really thankful that this collaboration was a great success. ALC and ROLCC are embracing the same vision in serving the community via community awareness seminar/blood screen on one of the biggest killers, hepatitis B/liver cancer in Asian community. We had 238 people screened over the event; approximately 400 audiences came for the presentation. At large or little, we knew we had made the difference.

Dr. Samuel So did the presentation in English with Jordan Su's concurrent translation to Mandarin. Many people gave positive feedback, and everyone I spoke to felt that they have learned a lot of useful life-saving tips! In the presentation, Dr. So once again reminded us how serious hepatitis B is impacting the Asians and Asian Americans. He spoke about what each of us should do. If people are not carriers, they should definitely get the 3-slot immunization as soon as possible, which will protect them for life. If they are HBV carriers, they need to monitor their liver status on a regular basis.

To me, this joint event between ALC and ROLCC is just a starting. Based on the feedback we got from the attendants, we hope to see more ALC-ROLCC collaborative projects happened in times to come. We believe that this combined effort will provide the best service and a blessing to the community!

This event was beyond our expectation and turn out a great success. Of course, the most comforting thing to know is that some people's lives will be saved because of the knowledge they learn!

The above four paragraphs are reported by Dr. Ingrid Ou.*14

Dr. Ingrid Ying C. Ou is a senior scientist working for ALZA, Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical in Mountain View, CA. Ingrid got her doctoral degree from University of Washington , Seattle . Her passion in life is to serve the Lord and live up to HIS glory using her skills and interests in medicine. God's words are relevant to our daily lives; He helps us to achieve a higher level that we could not have done by our own means. In the spare time, Dr. Ingrid Ou enjoys ballet, running and playing piano. She and her husband currently reside in Sunnyvale, CA.

"In this era where massive amount of information is often found via internet, I think that the mission of WBTI is timely and visionary. The impact of Lord in the community will be enlarged via web publishing and more of Good news will be effectively going to those who need them the most," pointed out Dr. Ingrid Ou.

Dear Dr. Lei, Hope that you enjoyed the Dr. So's talk yesterday. As indicated in my email to you earlier this week, below is the script that I promoted last week at the English congregation: "In this coming Saturday, we will have the privilege of having Dr. So from Stanford, Asian Liver Center to come here to give us an education seminar on liver health. This is an event that you can't afford to miss. ... I will be here after the service to take your registration and answer any question that you may have. Thank you."

Here is an introduction of Dr. So: Dr. Samuel So is a professor and a liver cancer surgeon in the Department of Surgery and directs the Liver Cancer Program at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. So is originally from Hong Kong. In 1996, Dr So established the Asian Liver Center to address the disproportionately high prevalence of hepatitis B and liver Cancer in the Asian and Asian Americans with the ultimate goal of eradicating hepatitis B worldwide and eliminating the threat of liver cancer.

The Asian Liver Center at Stanford is the only non-profit organization in the United States that addresses the high incidence of hepatitis B and liver cancer in Asians and Asian-Americans. Founded in 1996, the center uses a three-pronged approach towards fighting hepatitis B through outreach, education , and research.*15 More is available from http://liver.stanford.edu/ALC/ALC_staff.php

"Dear Belinda: May God bless your wonderful work and serving heart. At the beginning of year 2007, I felt that God wants me to examine my past failures so that I know where I fall and what can I do to grow in Christ; just like the Israelites during the Deuteronomy time. Therefore by attending your class God reminded me that He is a God of covenant and promise. He is a faithful God that will never forsake me and will guide me through the wilderness just as He guides Israel. I look forward to more classes to learn of God's Words and Works so that I can live in God's promise land. Thank you so much and may God pour out His double blessings upon you. Rebecca," wrote Miss Rebecca Pang again for this article to WBTI on February 2, 2007.*16

Challenging our work force can add to productivity, but productivity needs also cooperation. In a team work, harmony is very importnat. Sometime, good leaders are the ones who lead us to a goal with a group performance in harmony.

It is our pleasure that the planning and promotion of this Event are in good progressiveness!

Our recent two articles about this event have been published by Google.com, Yahoo.com, AOL.com early in the morning at 8:07 a.m. on May 30, 2007 (details in the final paragraphs of [[[...]]]*15). It is on the first line of the first page of their's on the Internet.

"That is great! ... John," wrote President John Ponticello of PDCLV in an e-mail to WBTI on May 24, 2007 for its coordination and effort to the Event.

[[[ All, from the greast to humblest, must work
together in harmony and devotion. We can
make no advances with only solo work.
Unless the solooists and the members of the
chorus are ready to work together in
harmony, there can be no symphony.

JFK presented that picture and America responded." *3

As we state in the letter head of this article that, "It's our pleasure to pay a tribute to the above officials who dedicate to the civic and community service aspects of our organization (WBTI) in an honorary or adjunct capacity." For Nevada, we need bright vision and enthusiasm with love and integrity. Our mutual cooperation and development between the officials and people will bring us a peaceful, happy, and healthy community. Thanks to the high-ranking officials who are in honor as co-authors of this presentation.*5

How brilliant! The articles such as "...to honor Attorney General Catherine Cortez ...", "Restoring America's Competitive Advantage By Harry M. "The willingness to create a new vision is a statement of your belief in your potential," pointed out David McNally. Carl Schutz told us that, "Ideals are like stars. You will not succeed in touching them with your hands. But like the seafaring man on the desert of waters, you choose them as your guides and following them you will reach your destiny." It is our pleasure to inspire the significance of the idea, "The world of tomorrow belongs to the person who has the vision today," which was stated by Robert Schuller. Having good vision, we will bring it together with us to help promote a peaceful, happy, and healthy community.

"Vision seems to be an elusive yet import life principle. Your vision describes the ideal future for you to attain. It provides meaning and direction while forcing you to break through present limitations. Holding a clear picture in your mind of the desired future will mobilize your creative efforts and generate the desire and energy to perform," edited Glenn Ekeren in his book entitled "Speaker's Source Book II".

Vision may develop its power to direct what tommorrow will look like. Vision is having an acute sense of the possible. The thing what others can not see, it can be seen by vision. Something extraordinary will occur when those with similar visions are drawn together. The goal of John F. Kennedy set in 1060 to place a man on the moon by 1970 drew many million people's efforts in achieving the dream. John had the vision. The result is now history with reality.

"I've joined the faculty of Public Administration Institution to work with its intellectuals such as Shelley Berkley, Dina Titus, Nancy Becker, Frankie Sue Del Papa, Dr. Roy Adamson, Mark Denton, Nancy Saitta, Valoerie Vega, Jennifer Togliatti, Michelle Leavitt, and among others under the leadership of U. S. Senator Harry Reid and Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn with Dr. William Thompson as its Director and Fellow. It's one of our added assets that we have the excellent caliber of President Dr. Tony T. Lei of WBTI as our Senior Advisor of our Office of Assistant District Attorney. Obviously, we're winning prestige for our efficient work performance for our residents and visitors of Southern Nevada together with WBTI and its PAI's modern knowledge, rigtheous wisdom, and professional integrity," said Steward Bell, District Attorney, for the event and dinner party chaired by Dr. Tony Lei, Dr. R. D. Prabhu, David Amesbuy, Esq., and among others. It was held by the Asian American Community on June 18, 2002 at the Harbor Palace Restaurant in Las Vegas.*6

On September 23, 2002, District Attorney Stewart Bell wrote in his Office to President Dr. Tony Tung-tien Lei that "Dear Dr. Lei, I am honor and prviledged to accept your appointment as Honorary Chairman of the Clark County Distrct Attorney and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC) of the Washington Business and Technology Institute. I look forward to meeting on October 7th." In a second letter that he wrote on the same day stated that, "Dear Dr. Lei, I am honor and prviledged to accept your appointment as Senior Advisor of the Clark County Distrct Attorney and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC) of the Washington Business and Technology Institute. I look forward to meeting on October 7th." The two original letters were shown in the section of "Photos & Pictures". An elegant dinner party was held by WBTI to celebrate the appointments at the Steak House of Binion Horseshoe Club on October 7, 2002 in Las Vegas, Nevada.*7

Enthusiasm is important, especially very important to many things in our lives. We need to push our valuable vision through enthusiasm. We are pleased to quote the following three short but meaningful ones:

***** There is nothing greater than enthusiasm. ---Henry Moore
***** If you don't have enthusiasm, you don't have anything. ---Kemmons Wilson, Sr.
***** Nothing good or great can be done in the absence of enthusiasm. ---Tom Peters

We are quite inspired by the words of wisdom as said by Alan Loy McGinnis that, "There is no more noble occupation in the world than to assist another human being--to help someone succeed." Vision with enthusiasm may bring us with hope to serve our people, community, and country!

We may like to agree with what Dr. Thomas Dooley said that, "Dedicate some of your life to others. Your dedication will not be a sacrifice. It will be an exhilarating experience because it is intense effort applied toward a meaningful end."

"Dear Dr. Lei, I have read the wonderful article below and have learned so much about what is going on in our local community as well as world wide. There are so many important people who do good things for the community, and they should be commended for all of their efforts. I am highly impressed that you have so many friends and colleagues who communicate with you about their projects and activities for the betterment of society, including our Asian community. Best wishes," pointed out Cheryl Moss, District Court Judge of Nevada.

Entitled with "Michael Douglas: Igniting the city through the cooperation and development with our expertise, integrity, and professionalism is on the way!", the artitle was written by Valerie Weber, Cheryl Moss, Ingrid Ou, and Jennifer Kung.

"It's my great honor to be named by President Dr. Tony Lei as a Fellow of the Public Administration Institution (PAI) and an Honorary Chairman of the Clark County District and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC) of Washington Business and Technolgy Institute (WBTI)," pointed out Chief Justice of Nevada Supreme Court William Maupin at the Celebration Party to "Nevada Examiner" and "Communitylink of Reviewjournal.com" at the Steak House of Binion's Horseshoe Club, Las Vegas, Nevada on October 10, 2002. The Party was held by WBTI to celebrate William Maupin's being appointed as its Fellow of the Public Administration Institution (PAI) and as its Honorary Chairman of the Clark County District Attorney and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC). "Please know that I irrevocably stand by my personal commitment to diversity issues in this state and that my sense of patriotism and faith in America stems from its embrace of that diversity." *8

"Our next meeting will be combined with our $5 Spaghetti Dinner 'Special Tribute to Justice Bob Rose' on Wednesday, May 16, ... Wish the wisdom and effort of WBTI and PDCLV a great success!

Michael Douglas, Valerie Weber, Cheryl Moss, and Tiffany Chang said that, "Brilliant, Google and Yahoo answer our people, community, and country!

"Leadership is love through integrity! To lead is to serve, to give, and to achieve together. Love with value is based on a real, practical, and genuine spirit concern for others as persons, for their values as they feel them, for their development and growth. A successful leader is consistently follwed by others. People follow because they have a belief in the direction, intergrity, and competence of the one leading. A leader's ultimate responsibility is to facilitate other individual's development as well as his own. Under her inspiration all the way from community through international perspective, it's our pleasure to participate, promote, and inspire the endeavor of individuals and projects that can enrich the lives of many people and communities," pointed out U. S. Congresswoman Shelley Berkley's Senior Advisor Dr. Tony T. Lei early in the morning on June 1, 2007 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
