LVRJ/wbti: Neveda has been famous internationally for its Governor s Conference on Tourism every year. It is the time now to get our professionals in familiar with the coming one!

This year s conference marks the introduction of four tracks that each focus on a specific tourism industry niche," states the Nevada Commission of Tourism. "On December 12, 2007, at 8:30 am - 9:00 am there will be the Welcome and Introduction. In the 'Welcome and Introduction' of General Assembly, we shall have Jim Gibbons, Governor, and Brian K. Krolicki, Lieutenant Governor, State of Nevada for the 'Opening Remarks'. The 'Introduction' will be delivered by the Commissioner of NCOT Lorraine T. Hunt-Bono. Innovation is practical for a real need. It is not a random process. "When it works, it works because someone has identified a real need, and found a way to bring new ideas or new technologies to bear on that need," said Lewis W. Lehr. An innovator's life is governed by "to create" lists. She or he is incessantly pursuing new possibilities and refinning existing ones.

"Business has only two functions," wrote the late Professor Peter Drucker, "marketing and innovation."

"One of my interests since I've been in this position on March 27, 2004 is to encourage the mutual cooperation and development of tourism and business between Nevada and the Asian Countries," said Associate Professor Barbara E. Buckley of the Graduate School of Business and Public Administration (GSBPA) of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI).

Supported by the Advisory Board and faculty members of WBTI since then with wisdom of cooperation and publicity through articles, its missions helped her win the election as Speaker of the Nevada Assembly in last November.

Our coming work performance to some significant projects will be feature articles for the visibility and popularity of some international cities through the world's leading search engines on Internet: (1) Beijing, (2) Soel, (3) Taipei, (4) Macau, (5) Bangkok, and (6) Clark County ("Las Vegas"). Tourism and business are our best priorities for the International Cities Business Council (ICBC) of WBTI, nothing much about politics. The late Dr. Peter F. Drucker inspired us that, "Innovation is very important. No good business can survive without successful innovation during a period of time!" Nevada is the fountain of hospitality and touring business. Macau is a recent practice with Nevada to have great prosperity in tourism and economic development. Now, Nevada Assemblywoman Francis Allen is a Regional Marketing Administrator of Korea of the AMI and Advisor of the ICBC of WBTI. For innovation and breakthrough in the field of business, the wise men may have a bright and beautiful sky!

To encourage tourism and business is a world-wide value for every country in this world, not just for Nevada! Volunteerly on a non-profit and non-partisan basis, we are pleased to assist the promotion of this endeavor. We love heartily the world that we are living with!

Innovation is one of the most important traits for the prosperity of American business. The time has come for our Pan Pacific and Asian countries to emphazise and catch it as soon as possible!

Imagination may help bring us with creativity, happiness, and prosperity!

To develop immaginative power,
we must specialize in our own fields
but be alert to new ideas from any source
and continually seize and set down our
inspirational flashes
when they come to us.

***** "Every great advance in science has issued from a new audacity (dare) of the imagination." ---John Dewey (*From 'The Quest For Certainty'.)

Imagination is important for an individual and institution. It is the ability to perceive opportunity. Imagination may produce creativity. Creativity contributes profit and prosperity for an institution. Where imagination and innovation are encouraged, it floirish. Innovation is doing something different. Innovation comes from people and it requires insight.

We are pleased to quote the following five short but meaningful ones:

*** Imagination is more important than knowledge. ---Albert einstein
*** The human race is governed by its imagination. ---Napoleon
*** Inspiration and imagination go hand in hand. ---Annonymous

LVRJ/wbti: Vision and enthusiasm!
by Tiffany Chang

*****The willingness to create a new vision is a statement of your belief in your potential.
--David McNally

____________________________________________
Carl Schutz told us that, "Ideals are like stars. You will not succeed in touching them with your hands. But like the seafaring man on the desert of waters, you choose them as your guides and following them you will reach your destiny." It is our pleasure to inspire the significance of the idea, "The world of tomorrow belongs to the person who has the vision today," which was stated by Robert Schuller. Having good vision, we will bring it together with us to help promote a peaceful, happy, and healthy community.*1

"Vision seems to be an elusive yet import life principle. Your vision describes the ideal future for you to attain. It provides meaning and direction while forcing you to break through present limitations. Holding a clear picture in your mind of the desired future will mobilize your creative efforts and generate the desire and energy to perform," edited Glenn Ekeren in his book.*2

Vision may develop its power to direct what tommorrow will look like. Vision is having an acute sense of the possible. The thing what others can not see, it can be seen by vision. Something extraordinary will occur when those with similar visions are drawn together. The goal of John F. Kennedy set in 1060 to place a man on the moon by 1970 drew many million people's efforts in achieving the dream. John had the vision. The result is now history with reality.

"John F. Kennedy was a living example of Mitchell Kapor's belief that, 'If you can genuinely present a picture that makes sense to people, that unifies the seemingly disperate elements of their experience, if you can give people something they can resonate with because it's meaningful, then they'll be immensely responsive to it.' JFK presented that picture and America responded." *3

Enthusiasm is important, especially very important to many things in our lives.*4 We need to push our valuable vision through enthusiasm. We are pleased to quote the following three short but meaningful ones:

***** There is nothing greater than enthusiasm. ---Henry Moore
***** If you don't have enthusiasm, you don't have anything. ---Kemmons Wilson, Sr.
***** Nothing good or great can be done in the absence of enthusiasm. ---Tom Peters

It's our pleasure to post a short story from "Speaker's Source Book II" by Glenn Van Ekeren:

The word enthusiasm comes from the Greek roots en and theos and means "God within." It is a fire, a passion within. Real enthusiasm is not something you "put on" and "take off " to fit the occasion. It is a way of life.
Apparently Theodore Roosevelt possessed that kind of passionate lifestyle. In 1883, according to Bernard Levin, writing in Enthusiasms (Crown Publishers), Roosevelt went buffalo hunting in the Badlands of South Dakota with a single companion, Joe Ferris. They nearly died of thirst, and they slept on the ground, saddles their only pillows. One night wolves caused their horses to bolt, and it took some time for the
fleeing beasts to be recaptured. The men went back to sleep; it began to rain heavily and they awoke, finding themselves lying in four inches of water. Shivering between sodden blankets, Ferris heard Teddy Roosevelt exclaim, "By Godfrey, but this is fun!"
Now that's enthusiasm!*5

We are quite inspired by the words of wisdom as said by Alan Loy McGinnis that, "There is no more noble occupation in the world than to assist another human being--to help someone succeed." Vision with enthusiasm may bring us with hope to serve our people, community, and country!*6

"It's my great honor to be named by President Dr. Tony Lei as a Fellow of the Public Administration Institution (PAI) and an Honorary Chairman of the Clark County District and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC) of Washington Business and Technolgy Institute (WBTI)," pointed out the Chief Justice of Nevada Supreme Court William Maupin at the Celebration Party to "Nevada Examiner" and "Communitylink of Reviewjournal.com" at the Steak House of Binion's Horseshoe Club, Las Vegas, Nevad on October 10, 2002. The Party was held by WBTI to celebrate William Maupin's being appointed as its Fellow of the Public Administration Institution (PAI) and as its Honorary Chairman of the Clark County District Attorney and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC). "Please know that I irrevocably stand by my personal commitment to diversity issues in this state and that my sense of patriotism and faith in America stems from its embrace of that diversity." *7

LVRJ/wbti: Inspiration from the preface of a book MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR by Dr. Tony Tung-tien Lei!
by Cheryl Moss and Tiffany Chang

*****The arts of management has made the United States a paradise of richfulness and prosperity. On the very top floor of this mension at the Graduate School of New York University, I am impressed by the crowded traffic and the brilliant night scenes down on the ground. And looking at the groups of mensions standing under the heavenly sky at this Fifth Street reminds me that:
All these golden Squares and proserity at the time of the May Flower period was nothing but an empty land. It makes me remember the story of the next dynasty King after the Emperor Ching. Impressed by watching the greatness of the Emperor with his large marching team on the road one day at his young age, he said, "Do it brightly and we should make it the same also, excellency!" (not just for individuals but for a company or a country.) {Meaning explanation for "Yu Wei Jer Yi Loi Hsii".}
__From the first paragraph (translated from Chinese to English by the meaning of the philosophy of management) of the Preface of a text book written by Tony Tung-tien Lei entitled Managemnt Behavior published by Buffalo Publishing Inc. in 1989 (2nd Edition).

Dear Dr. Lei,

Tom Peters said that, "Nothing good or great can be done in the absence of enthusiasm." It's my honor to be named as one of the Assistant President of WBTI's CCDAPCC. To have a great deal of enthusiam with my effort, knowledge, and experience will be my devotion to this significant organization for our community in Southern Nevada. I'm enthusiastic to work with such a team of professionals with special status and expertise for community service and humane spirit under the leadership of our Chairmen David Roger and Bill Young.

In the near future, I will concentrate my effort to recruit some number of the membership of this Commission.

Best regards,

Yin Yan
Vice President,
America Taiyu Investment, LLC.

The following e-mail*21 was sent by Miss Yin Yan to WBTI on November 24, 2004:

Tony,

Sorry that I couldn't get back to you earlier. Guess it's too late for
me to write anything now. But I truly appreciated that you could offer me
such an important position at this organization, and felt honorable be a member of this winning team. Please feel free to let me know if you need my help in
the future events. I will be happy to work with you and your team to serve our community whenever needed.

Best Wishes,

Yin Yan

Enriching our community service and humane spirit process were made possible by these friends who joined and supported this Commission. CCDAPCC is really a chain of dedicated individuals who joined to research, serve, support and to give. We take great pride of our people, including our outstanding faculty and executives. We're sincere servers to improve the quality of life of all our Nevadans. Power in politics should have a direction that the power based on knowledge is the power of righteousness. It's our pleasure to pay a tribute to many high-ranking officials of Nevada who dedicate to the civic and community service aspects of our organization in an honorary or adjunct capacity. We wish that a pure fountain may prosper and enrich our splendid and golden country through the spirit that knowledge calls, ultimately, for a life of service.

The significant value of this website has been the encouragement and development of the community service and humane spirit. It helps promote the quality of life for all our citizens, residents, and visitors of Nevada.

I delivered a speech on Problem Gambling and Family Court in UNLV this month. I was the first District Judge to speak on the topic. It has been my honor to have such a good community service experience as the Secretary General of Clark County District Attorney and Police Civil Commission (CCDAPCC) of Washington Business and Technology Institute (WBTI).*18

Sincerely,

Cheryl Moss

From: "Michelle Obama" Add sender to ContactsTo: "Tony T. Dr. Lei" Friend --

Barack and I wouldn't be where we are today without you.

Your support is what's building this campaign. You've stood with Barack -- now I hope you'll take the next step.

To say thank you, Barack is holding one last dinner with supporters before Election Day. And I hope you'll be there.

If you chip in $5 or whatever you can, you'll be automatically entered for a chance to take part in this campaign tradition. Today only, each entry counts as two.

These dinners have been a staple of both of Barack's campaigns -- he had the first one back in 2007.

This is your last chance to be part of one of these dinners, so I hope you'll give it a shot:

Thank you for all you're doing.

Michelle

P.S. -- And don't forget, we'll take care of airfare and accommodations. Just make sure you enter before midnight.
