(Carson City) - Governor Jim Gibbons today announced the appointment of Steve Robinson as Transition Director for the Governor~{!/~}s Office. Robinson~{!/~}s main duties will focus on ensuring a smooth transition between the Gibbons Administration and the Administration of the new governor to be elected in November. Robinson served as a Senior Staff Member during the transition between Governor Robert List and Governor Richard Bryan as well as the transition between Governor Kenny Guinn and Governor Jim Gibbons.

The U.S.-China Economic and Cultural Association is a non-profit, and a Nevada corporation.

ARTICLE I

OFFICES AND ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

Section 1. PRINCIPAL OFFICE. The principal office for the transaction of the business of the corporation is hereby fixed and located in the County of Clark, Nevada. The Board of Directors (“Board”) is hereby granted full power and authority to change the principal office from one location to another in the County of Clark.
