Former Governor Kenny Guinn of Nevada expressed that 'he can not overemphasize the significance and importance of bringing attention to all the attractions to Nevada at a time when it faces unprecedented competition for gaming customers.' The planning and implementing of Taiwan Gaming & Entertainment Summit 2007 were contributing to the cooperation and development on tourism of Nevada and Taiwan.
