We've asked you to do a lot over the course of this campaign, and you've always come through.

Right now, I'm asking you to do one last thing -- vote tomorrow, and make sure everyone you know votes, too.

Watch a short video about how far we've come, and how close we are. Then find or confirm your polling location and make sure your friends and family do the same:

When this campaign began, we weren't given much of a chance by the pollsters or the pundits.

But tomorrow, we can make history.

We've made it this far because supporters like you never stopped believing in your power to bring about real change.

Take the final step now.

Watch the video, find your polling location, and get everyone you know involved on Election Day:

With your vote, and the votes of your friends, family, and neighbors, we won't just win this election -- together, we will change this country and change the world.

Thank you,

Barack

Here are some tips to help you make sure Election Day in Nevada goes smoothly:

Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you are in line at 7:00 p.m., you still have the right to vote as long as you remain in line.
If you're voting for the first time at your current address, you should bring a photo ID and proof of address to the polls. Acceptable forms include a Nevada driver's license, student ID, federal ID, voter identification card, current utility bill, or bank statement.
If you are not on the list at your polling place or have other problems, don't leave without voting -- you still have the right to cast a provisional ballot. Call 1-877-OBAMA-NV or find an Obama volunteer if you have questions or need help.

Look up your polling location.*12

In 2000, the entire election came down to a small number of votes in one county in Florida.*1

Four years later, we came up short by an average of nine voters per precinct in Ohio.

A small change in voter turnout would have made all the difference. Take it from me, elections matter. And this time, supporters like you can make it happen.

[[[ ...

I know this might not be possible for everyone, but I'm asking you to consider volunteering anytime between now and Election Day -- Tuesday, November 4th.

<<< ....... . >>> *757

With so much at stake this year, we can't miss any opportunity to get more voters to the polls -- and make sure their votes are counted.

You have an important role to play in this election. Please sign up to volunteer.

We all watched in the last two presidential elections as the course of our nation was determined by a few thousand votes in key battleground states.

After eight years of failed policies and divisive politics, we can take back the White House and set our nation on the right path.

It's up to each of us to make sure we turn this movement for change into millions of more votes on Election Day.

Find out how you can make a difference in these last two days, and help support Barack Obama and Joe Biden:

Nevada Governor Jim Gibbons today announced his signature of an executive order outlining state policy on the conservation of the greater sage-grouse and protection of its habitat in Nevada.*1

<<< ...
.......
....................... >>> *1001

The executive order states that ~{!0~}it is the policy of the state of Nevada to protect and preserve sage-grouse habitat whenever possible.~{!1~} The order also directs the Nevada Department of Wildlife ~{!0~}to continue to work with state and federal agencies and the interested public to fully implement the recommendations of the 2004 Governor~{!/~}s Sage-Grouse Plan~{!1~} in an effort to protect sage grouse habitat.

Governor Jim Gibbons spotting sage grouse on a lek in northern Washoe County. Spring 2008

~{!0~}I urge all our state agencies and federal partners to recognize the challenges we face and work together to protect the sagebrush ecosystem this unique species relies upon,~{!1~} the Governor said. ~{!0~}Our state has about 32 million acres of the greater sage-grouse habitat in the West. This is critical habitat, and if we do not protect it, the effects could be widespread, particularly for economic development and Nevada~{!/~}s rural economy.~{!1~}

<<< ... "ABOUT JUDGE WALSH" *****Judge Walsh was born in St. Louis, Missouri and has lived in El Paso, Miami, Detroit, and Puerto Rico, before her family settled in Nevada over 40 years ago. She was graduated from Bishop Gorman High School in 1976. She is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she studied English Literature and Philosophy. Judge Walsh received her J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law.

In 2002, Judge Walsh was elected to the Eighth Judicial District Court, where she currently serves, hearing an all civil calendar. She previously served in Municipal Court after having been appointed to the bench in 1999 by Mayor Oscar Goodman and the Las Vegas City Council.

In her legal career, Judge Walsh has worked as a prosecutor, public defender and private solo practitioner.

Prior to attending law school, Jessie Walsh served for nearly a decade as a congressional staffer for Senator Paul Laxalt and Congresswoman Barbara Vucanovich. She also worked as a development officer for the City of Las Vegas, Department of Economic and Urban Development. >>> *8

Sage grouse habitats in Nevada have been declining in recent years. Since 1999, more than 6 million acres of Nevada rangelands have burned, much of this being greater sage-grouse habitat. Those wildfires and other factors have negatively affected more than 60 percent of sage grouse breeding grounds and habitats. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is considering listing the sage grouse as an endangered species, with a critical decision on the issue coming in December.

Nevada Department of Wildlife Director Ken Mayer said the Governor~{!/~}s policy direction is a strong statement of support.

~{!0~}I was very pleased to see the Governor take this positive step,~{!1~} Mayer said. ~{!0~}It shows Nevada~{!/~}s commitment to sage grouse conservation. This is a clear message to all state, federal and local agencies that sage grouse are important and that we must continue to work together to ensure their viability for the long-term across the landscape.~{!1~}

When you look back on Election Day years from now, you'll tell your friends and family that this was the moment you helped make history.*1

<<< ....... >>> *757

You could also have a story to share about how you were right in the middle of it at the big Election Night event in Chicago.

You could be one of 5 first-time donors to go backstage on Election Night, as long as you give -- in any amount -- before Sunday at midnight.

If you're selected, you and a guest will be flown to Chicago, put up in a hotel, and given a front row seat to history.

And if you make a donation of $30 or more today, you'll also receive a "Change the World" T-shirt:

This election will come down to what we do -- or don't do -- in the next few days.

John McCain and the Republican National Committee had $20 million more in the bank than our campaign and the DNC combined as of October 15th. They are pouring it into crucial battleground states, and we're facing an onslaught of negative attacks.

Your support will have a huge impact.

Step up during this historic moment, and you could be there on Election Night.

Will you donate $30 or more today?

As a bonus, we'll send you a special edition Change the World T-shirt:

https://donate.barackobama.com/frontrowtee

Everything we've worked nearly two years for will be decided between now and Tuesday, November 4th.

Let's make history,

Obama for America

P.S. -- If you can't make a donation, you can help get us across the finish line by volunteering to help get out the vote:

The final 72 hours (john@johnmccain.com)
... lvrj/wbti U.S.A.: *****
By John McCain

**__**

***** "....... ." ??? *717

<<< To WBTI, An e-mail on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 10:07 AM ^^^From: "John McCain" {john@johnmccain.com}(To be continued ...) >>>

My Friends,

In just three short days, Americans will elect a new President and Congress to lead as we face great challenges as a nation.*1

<<< ....... >>> *727

Our entire team of reformers is ready to lead and ready to enact our plans to spread opportunity to all Americans. If we're elected, we pledge to work day and night to fulfill the promises we have made during this campaign, but we'll need your help in these final hours to win.

Yesterday, Governor Palin emailed you with an urgent message that we must raise $5 million by Monday to help fund our final get-out-the-vote efforts. And we're extremely close to reaching our goal.

Will you be the one who puts us over the top? Will you make a generous contribution of any amount today to help us reach this all-important goal?

I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the dedication you have shown throughout this entire campaign. I know our team has asked a lot of you, and all of our hard work is coming down to these final days.

This is an extremely important election and if our supporters sit on the sidelines, we won't cross the finish line as winners and we can't let that happen.

Think about what would happen to our country if the White House and Congress were controlled by the Obama-Biden Democrats. They've already indicated they will cut funding right away for our men and women in uniform and immediately retreat in defeat from Iraq.

My friend Senator Lindsey Graham affectionately refers to the "tax trifecta" of Obama-Pelosi-Reid. We have no doubt they'll waste no time in raising taxes on the quote "wealthy," a term they seem to re-define daily. The Obama-Biden Democrats are now accusing Americans who don't want a tax hike of being selfish.

My friends, the candidates on our ticket would never accuse you of being selfish for wanting to keep more of your hard-earned money.

We can't let the Obama-Biden Democrats turn our country from the land of opportunity into the land of government hand-outs. We must win on Tuesday.

We now have less than 72 hours to raise the remaining funds to hit our goal of $5 million for get-out-the-vote efforts. So, I'm asking you one final time to give $25 or more to McCain-Palin Victory 2008.

Together, I know we will win.

Thank you for your generosity,*6

(Autograph)
John McCain

P.S. We have less than 72 hours to raise the remaining funds to reach our goal of $5 million to help fund our get-out-the-vote efforts. Will you help put us over the top? We're extremely close to reaching this goal and I'm asking you to give $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or whatever you can afford immediately. I sincerely thank you for your dedication and your generosity in these final days.

----------
Because the McCain-Palin Campaign is participating in the presidential public funding system, it may not receive contributions for any candidate's election. However, federal law allows the McCain-Palin Campaign's Compliance Fund to defray legal and accounting compliance costs and preserve the Campaign's public grant for media, mail, phones, and get-out-the-vote programs. Contributions to McCain-Palin Victory 2008 will go to the Compliance Fund, and to participating party committees for Victory 2008 programs.

mike --

I want you to be there with me on Election Night when the results come in.*1

<<< ....... >>> *717

We're planning a big event that will include tens of thousands of supporters in Grant Park in downtown Chicago.

We're saving some of the best seats in the house for 5 people who make their first donation to the campaign before Sunday at midnight.

If you're selected, you can bring a guest, and we'll fly you in and put you up in a hotel for the night. You'll go backstage at the big event and -- no matter what happens -- you'll have a front row seat to history as we celebrate the supporters who got us over the finish line.

{{{ ....... }}} *727

Any donation counts -- whatever you can afford. Show your support at this crucial time with a donation of $5 or more, and you could join me on Election Night:

https://donate.barackobama.com/frontrow

This movement for change has been a testament to the power of ordinary Americans coming together to achieve extraordinary things.*2

I look forward to having you there on Election Night.
